Randy is very casual, up-front, and direct. I called him asking to clone a key for my Lexus. He quoted me ~$100 to set me straight. However, an hour later he called me back and said he did some thinking. He told me that for my situation I might be able to fix my key much cheaper by ordering parts online and doing the fix myself. I very much appreciate this gesture, and appreciate people like Randy as a whole. He could have easily taken my ~$100 and provided his service, but instead I can fix my issue for around $10, no locksmith or machine required. I will update this review if I end up needing his service! Due to his honesty, I will be surely recommending this locksmith to everyone. Note: Randy is VERY casual, so do not expect a snooty, white collar experience! Also, don't call him with no caller ID, or through Skype.
