I am a huge fan of their policy of refunding ATM fees worldwide, even for transactions where retailers charge an extra fee for using a debit card. I pay no fees for my checking and my money market savings accounts; they never hold a deposit or sit on a check for days or weeks; and I never encountered an employee who was anything less than helpful and friendly. I live far away from Norman now, but thanks to their robust mobile banking and internet banking platforms, I am still a customer of Republic Bank & Trust. Their customer service, even from far away in California, goes far and above my expectations. Any time I have a question or an issue, I send an email and a representative always gets back to me quickly and makes the issue disappear. Republic Bank & Trust is way better than my local bank in California, and I will continue to be a customer of Republic Bank of Norman for a very long time!

On hold for HOURS to get help with issues they caused that had NOTHING to do with the stimulous check. Said they didn't have enough servers to handle the volume. Asked if they were going to get more servers and they said no, this issue will resolve itself once everyone gets their stimulous check. In other words, we couldn't care less about the inconvenience to you. Went on line to send a payment and received a popup message asking me if I wanted to send payments automatically. I already had that set up through RBT. I clicked yes. So it eliminated EVERY auto pay that I had already set up through RBT. Now I have to re-enter all of that information manually. Just tried to get into my account on line again and got an error message that said my entry was wrong. I assumed it was the password (which I knew was correct) so I tried to change it. They send a code to you via text which you have to enter to change the password. They sent the code to a phone number that hasn't been valid in over a year. When I called, was told the username was wrong. They had hanged my username yet again. Once I got everything fixed they asked if there was anything else they could help me with. I said yes, would you please reinstate all of my auto billpay information. Was told they don't still have that information and that I'll have to do it manually. I asked why they could pull out a phone number that hasn't been used in over a year but they can't get to my auto pay information that was just deleated last month.
