From this particular Branch I have gotten multiple personal loans. Every time I have an issue, some emergency comes up, I show up they say no problem and I'm out of there and under 30 minutes with all the money I needed. Literally no other bank would give me a loan for my wife's truck because they said it had "too many miles" (keep in mind my credit score is 801) I went to arvest and they said "are you sure that's all you need we can probably get a couple grand extra to help pay title in tax" these guys are awesome. As far as the assistant manager that is mentioned in the other review I've met everyone that works there and they have no problem conversing in a professional manner.
