If I ever have a question on a post, I call and they get right on whatever is needed to fix, reverse, or block the issue. I've only been to the OKC branch a couple of times when I was going out of the country and needed to exchange currency and to let them know. Nicest woman helped me each time and was not slow at doing so either. At the Sooner Rd branch I have used their ATM once and no issues there either. A great place to bank at.
