Wow! I cannot believe it's taken me this long to find this place. Such a great venue right here in Delray Beach. I like that it's so incredibly laid back... simple, just a large room with tables, a stage. Located right in the heart of town, on street level. Just walk in, go right into the venue or stop by the very basic "bar" for some beer or wine to take in with you. Pricing is fair for everything, including tickets... it's a non- profit. Went to see a Reggae Group that was doing a tribute to Bob Marley... main singer used to play with Bob. The band was great. Venue acoustics were great... love being so close... pretty much all the tables provide awesome seating. For this show you could select your table in advance... even though you select your seats online when you purchase your tickets, the seats are actually not reserved... you pick any seat at your table when you arrive. Worked out well. The staff, all volunteers, who work here are the nicest people! Really love this place!! VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED read more

Arts Garage is such a gem to have right in our backyard! We went to see The Women of Rock tribute band and had the best time. From Pat Benatar to Joan Jett to Janis Joplin and more, the music had us rocking out, dancing, and singing along all night. The energy in the room was contagious and made for such a fun evening. It's always a pleasure to stop by the box office and say hello to Andi -- she adds such a warm touch to the experience. I'm already looking forward to the next show and feel so grateful to have this treasure of a venue nearby. Can't wait to come back for another unforgettable night! read more

This is a really fantastic community space with so much going on here and really wonderful to have in the neighborhood. It tends to be mostly cover bands, but I've seen some unique acts, book signings, plays, and open mic nights here. There is a bit of a gallery space in the lobby, and the performance room is intimate. The seating is a bit wonky, since it's all table based with banquet chairs. Tickets are for specific tables, not seats. While some tables have ample room all around, others are very tight. It's easy to get stuck in a spot with not a great view, facing the wrong direction, or really tight up against other tables and chairs. Unfortunately that happened to me not only this time, but previous times I've been here. There were was barely enough space for my chair, and I had to ask for them to move some tables around to get just a bit more room. Even then, it was still tight. There are definitely better roomier tables than I got, so it's really hit or miss. It's still a wonderful community place, and I'll be back again, but I'll try to scope out a better seat next time. read more

What a great little venue in downtown delray. Came here on a Friday evening for an Elvis impersonator. Show was 8-10pm. You're seated at tables and can bring your own food. A lot of people had anything from pizza and cheese and crackers. You can buy drinks at the bar which were very reasonably priced, they had a bunch of bottles of wine for $20-$30. Volunteers who worked there were all very nice and friendly. I can imagine parking might be difficult, we had parked down the block where we are dinner. read more

The Arts Garage ROCKS. It's the place to see and hear music, talent, comedy and just about any type of creative endeavor. I went to Open Mic Night this week and saw budding comedians. Some of them were laugh out loud funny - very funny. As a matter of fact, a few were TV ready with their routines. Next week is another open Mic night for entertainment and the arts. We were a table of 3 couples at Arts Garage on Friday night enjoying a beautiful entertainer Anne Hampton Calloway - jazz singer/songwriter. She was powerful and delightful. She has written songs for stars Barbra Streisand and Linda Ronstadt just to name a couple. The performance takes place in an intimate space filled with round tables - there's no bad seat in the house. The staff are extremely pleasant and helpful and are all volunteers. This is a non profit business featuring amazing entertainment from every genre. They sell alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages but no food. However, you can always bring food in and eat at your table. The parking is available above in a multi level garage for a nominal fee. The theatre is located in Pineapple Grove district close to lots of restaurants and Delray Beach tennis center and shopping. It's so busy and fun! Once again, another great show at Arts Garage. This time, we saw Cortadito, a 5 piece Cuban band from Miami. They were excellent and we want to see them again the next time they're in town. I can't say enough good things about the Arts Garage. It's a small, intimate venue with very affordable ticket prices, a real blessing considering how expensive most venues have become. I don't think there's a bad seat in the house. For this show, many people got up to dance and it was so great seeing everyone enjoying themselves and letting loose. Cortadito played a lot of traditional Cuban music, selections from different composers, a few originals, and performed a few covers from Buena Vista Social Club. I'm a white guy from the suburbs of Connecticut, but I really feel this type of music. read more

We attended a sold-out (about 200 people in the audience) performance by The Boxers, a band that sings mostly Simon & Garfunkel songs. Loved every song. The 8-person tables work out well in the rectangular room. Parking was free on Sunday in the garage on the same block. read more

What a great show, (Ultimate Rush Tribute Band) and awesome venue, however, when someone visibly lights up a doobie in such a small space they need to be removed from the event. I am allergic to pot smoke, and it completely ruined my experience. read more

We went to see Abbamania. The show was terrible. At least 30% of the audience was gone by break time. I'm amazed that they actually hired such a bad group. I've been there before and it was good. Tickets are $75.50 including convince fee which is VERY EXPENSIVE for a very low quality venue. Our group of 12 has voted to never go back. read more

I had a great time here for my first time ever at the Arts Garage. We saw Nina Skyy on a Saturday night. Incredible performance and organization of the venue. The drinks were typical and not entirely a rip off. I liked my Manhattan. I enjoyed every minute of this experience. Super intimate with the small but full audience. Nina was amazing. I left feeling inspired and her music and vocals gave me goosebumps. The strangers we sat at the table with were all really nice. There's really no bad seats in the house. I'd love to come back and see more + support the arts. The bathroom is fine, they just need more of them so the line during intermission isn't too long. Also, they let you bring your own food so I brought in cake and popcorn. read more

This has to be one of the last of the hidden gems in Delray Beach. Arts Garage has music every weekend, and once a month, they have a comedy show. This week was Blues. My favorite nights are jazz nights. But, the music is always terrific and every band or musician is just amazing! About 30 tables 6 people per table on average and a fee to purchase tickets. We are not newcomers to The Arts Garage. is, this venue is the best in town for Jazz, Country, Rock n Roll, hip hop, the blues, big band music, great pop vocalists et al. Last night we saw Nicole Henry, who we have seen many times at the Arts Garage, and who just gets better performance after performance. From the minute you enter the building you are greeted by a staff member who directs you to either the bar, or the ticket entrance as well as inform the customer of the location of their restrooms. At the podium 10 feet away is a staff member who takes your tickets, and you then enter the Arts Garage and are shown to your table. At 8:00 PM, Nicole and her quartet, came to the stage and literally hit it out of the park. What a talent. Great musicians, and all at moderate prices. You can buy drinks at the bar, (but cannot bring in your own). You can if you wish bring in some snacks, as you cannot buy any type of food there. My wife and I have been to many music venues in our lives, and The Arts Garage is one of the better ones! I promise you a great evening of entertainment, hosted by the best staff in town! read more

We saw the Rusty Wright Band last night. The music was excellent & the venue perfect. My only negative comment is that when you buy a ticket at a specific table, although you choose a seat, it's still first-come, first served. This is an unnecessary rule & inconveniences those who prefer to come on time, not an hour earlier, just to sit in the seat they paid for. read more

The Arts Garage is a great idea... but they need to book better talent. They are missing their audience. The acts we've seen were stale, old and more like third rate cruise ship senior "entertainment"... really bad. Love the idea, idle they start to have good acts it will be great. So far, it's a bust. read more
