Excellent place for parts. Highly organized and clean. Andres was very helpful and the cat, Little One, was, as well. Hit them up!

I've been buying parts for my 4Runner from Art's for years. Always a fair price and lower then all other Salvage yards in the area. Thanks Art!! Raul read more

Had to file a police report against this business and assist the police in an incident after one of the Owners ANDRE became dangerously hostile and verbally assaulted and threatened me. WHY? I aske politely they please honor their own signs that say "Must wear masks in this facility." Not only were their customers walking in and out of the business and standing within a foot of me with no masks (in 90 degree weather and sweating) - but the owners both came right up to me and interacted with me handing me parts with no protection other than one wearing eyewear - after 15 minutes of this when I politely asked that they honor their own signage AND CITY ORDINANCES to protect everyone - ANDRE jumped in using profanity, called me profane, childish names, then threatened to call the police- Because he's breaking the law - and assaulting a customer for asking them to honor the law!! Needless to say as I walked away I responded that they're welcome to call the police since they're breaking city ordinance and verbally assaulting me - nevertheless when I tried to leave, this same co-owner jumped in front of my car, and then chased me out in the street still screaming at me. I was already on the phone with 911 when I pulled away... And went back to all the service managers at the car dealership who referred me to dhsrd this fascinating approach to safety and the law; needless to say - this dealership will not be sending any more business their way again. DISGRACEFUL that with so many folk suffering and trying to stay healthy - THIS is how this "business" handles business, referrals... let alone human beings. read more

These guys are very trustworthy and professional. I came in the other day looking for a part and Eric was very patient and helpful. He totally could have taken advantage of the fact that I am not very knowledgeable in the auto parts area, but instead he helped me find the exact part I needed and he helped me save money. Would highly recommend them! Thanks Eric!!! read more

Honest reliable. Friendly excellent service great price will go back again.Highly recommended

Very responsive. Make the process go smoothly. Helped me find what I needed even though it was a unique item, kinda hard to find.

I needed a part for an older Toyota that is tough to find and was referred to these guys after searching around. I called and asked, they called me back a few minutes later and told me they had it. It was an electrical part so they sent me pictures and it looked good. Shipped it to me and it worked perfect. Thanks guys! read more

I walked in looking for a part for my car and they didn't have it, so they offered to call a place where they thought might have the part that I needed really desperately and sure enough after calling a couple of places they located it. Great service!!! Next time I need something I will definitely be back hopefully to buy something from them. Thanx guys! read more

Needed a part for my Kia Sorrento that was not a common part. I came across this auto part business and gave it a try. The part came to NY in no time, it was exactly what I needed! I couldn't be happier from start to finish excellent customer service! read more

Short answer... Yes, they rock, you can trust them. Long answer... I was getting ripped off everywhere being a small female doing work on my truck, these guys are down to earth and honest and that's a quality that just doesn't exist, particularly in the car world. So if you want to actually speak to real life humans that can actually give good advice, and genuinely go out of their way to help make sure you get what you need (and the best quality), and help you out in an honest fashion, just phone these guys! If you want to be ripped off and treated badly or pay absurd amounts, I can give you a long list, but Arts won't be on it. read more

I came in to buy a high-ticket item and, even though they had it, they talked me out of it. Instead, they directed me to a shop that would help me at about 1/8th the cost I was going to spend. That is outstanding customer service and well worth five-stars. read more

I called around many places for parts on my Toyota truck, they were either giving me the runaround or REALLY REALLY expensive. I stumbled upon Art's and spoke to the nice gentleman over the phone. He was patient and didn't rush me over to buy my parts. Since I was buying multiple parts, he gave me a great deal. I would highly recommend calling Arts for your truck parts. read more

Sent my brother and my employee here yesterday to get some parts for a vehicle. Eric was extremely kind and helpful over the phone, so he gained our confidence and we decided to purchase from here. Once my brother arrived Eric greeted him, all was well. Then Erics' brother (I did not get his name-but he is a big guy) came in and was freaking out and running around the whole office, acting bizarre!! I'm assuming he is on some type of drug or he was just very drunk, AND drugged up. My brother thought he was going to have a heart attack!!! My brother is very calm, patient, and caring so all he said was "You can calm down, we have time to wait, it ok." He then continued to yell at my brother "DONT F**KING TELL ME WHAT TO DO! THATS NOT YOUR PLACE, THATS NOT YOUR PLACE. WHO THE F**K DO YOU THINK YOU ARE? SHUT THE F**K UP." He stood up to my brother, keep in mind my brother is only 18!!! What type of business is this? After the big guy saw that my brother did not react to his anger he calmed down (seriously 100-1) and asked how he would be paying. My brother said cash and that was that. WE DID NOT EVEN GET A RECIEPT OR INVOICE!! I will not be using this company again. Very unprofessional....they need to get it together. read more

My 2006 Honda Odyssey with 216,000 plus miles finally needed to go to the big car lot in the sky and I thought I might be able to sell it to a salvage yard. I looked up salvage yards on my iPhone map and found Art's Auto Salvage. I spoke with Andre and he was exceptionally helpful and very easy to work with. I needed to first have a mechanic look at my car to confirm that it was going to be too costly to repair and found it was not worth repairing. Andre quoted me a price that he would give me for my car and he kept to it. I was very happy with the amount we agreed upon and had the car towed to their salvage yard. I told him I wish I needed to salvage more cars as he was so great to deal with! read more

I just talked to them on the phone they are helpful and definitely NOT CLOSED. Whoever wrote that review was lying or wrong.

It's January 2019 and I live a few blocks from Art's. Believe me they are still there like always. I just got off the phone with them looking for a part. They didn't carry it but gave me a number to where I could find it. I like to start with Art's. If they don't have something they point you in the right direction. read more
