My daughter had her bday dinner at Birchwood Club this past weekend and requested flowers for the table. The event planner at Birchwood recommended ArtQuest. It took a 5 minute phone call to describe the set up and color suggestions. They said they would deliver them the morning of the event to Birchwood directly, which was one thing off my plate. Sold. The flowers themselves were so pretty! We left the party with our arms full of gifts and umbrellas thanks to a very rainy night. When I called Birchwood the next morning to see if i could pick up the flowers to enjoy them a few more days they said they had disposed of them. This was super disappointing because the flowers were really beautiful, but of course this was no fault of ArtQuest. They were also pretty expensive, but that seems to be the case with most beautiful flowers these days. I appreciated ArtQuest making our bday dinner table extra pretty and plan to use them again for another event I have coming up in a few weeks! read more

The attached brown card was written in pencil with handwriting that looked like a third grader. This arrangement was embarrassing and to say the least sub par. If I could post zero stars I would. I was left absolutely livid and mortified on the most important day of my life. I was promised a gorgeous centerpiece, sweetheart table arrangement, bridal bouquet, bridesmaid bouquets, corsages for our mothers, and boutonnières for the groom and groomsmen and what we received was nothing of the sort. The first red flag was when I was told the flowers would arrive 24 hours before they were due to be delivered because they had a "busy" Saturday. I'm sorry, but we reserved this date for our wedding MORE than six months in advance. I'm going to attach photos of what we were promised vs. what we got. All of the bouquets were wrong. The centerpieces were filled with greens and alstroemerias which I hate. I sobbed for two HOURS as my bridesmaids rushed to fix the issue. My anxiety absolutely ruined my special day because of this floral catastrophe. I wanted a June wedding so I could carry my dream bouquet of peonies and I got a mashup of random flowers and only a few peonies. My bridesmaids were supposed to each have a different flower as their bouquets and we got the basic white flower mix for each which I was against from the beginning. My mother and mother in law were not given corsages. The sweetheart arrangement was dead and wilted and included flowers I hate again. The centerpieces were so poised to be beautiful round and LARGE, and they looked like something I grabbed last minute from Mariano's and made myself. One of the owners said she would "fix" the flowers and they were hastily put together and still left me broken hearted and completely embarrassed. I was drained emotionally before even seeing my husband for our first look. To top it all off, I received no apology, and my mother wrote to the business after our wedding and they blew her off and didn't bother responding. What an absolutely terrible experience. read more

I had placed an order over the phone for a hostess gift and in retrospect I really did not give enough guidance (My bad, not theirs. They asked). When I arrived to pick up my arrangement, it was fine but not exactly the style I now realized I wanted. I noticed a cool arrangement sitting on a table and mentioned how nice it was. LOVE LOVE LOVE! Art Quest did the flowers for my wedding 10/25 and I could not be more pleased. We came to them in February with the flower girl dress and also a color palette in mind. They took our ideas and ran with them! My color ideas were a little geared towards summer and since I had a fall wedding they helped pull in colors that were perfect for fall, yet still honored my original theme. We met with them twice...once for an initial discussion and then again for a sample/mock up of the center pieces. After arriving home from our initial visit they emailed us that evening with a quote. Also the sample/mock up was free since we chose to go with them (although we did not get to keep those flowers). I also LOVED what they did to our aisle. All in all everything was very elegant. Linda and Greg were extremely easy to work with. We did do the pin spotting through Frost and I am happy we decided to do that. I would highly recommend for a wedding or any other event! read more

I went to Linda with a very open, unstructured, request for my wedding flowers. I knew what I wanted, I just didn't know how to express it. It was like she could read my mind! We got married downtown at The Peninsula Chicago over Memorial Day weekend, and our flowers were more beautiful than I could have ever imagined! My bridesmaids wore bright purple, and I wanted tons of vibrant and varied colors. Greg was so artistic and thoughtful about making beautiful combinations, with lots of purples, greens, blues, pinks, oranges, and reds. My husband and I used Art Quest for our chuppah and flowers for our wedding and we couldn't be happier. From the first time we met with Linda we knew Art Quest would be the perfect fit for us. She was so nice and professional and she understood exactly what we were looking for. We were able to go in and see a sample of our centerpieces and that was so helpful. The centerpieces we wanted utilized three different size square vases with a single calla lily emerged in each one with a floating candle on top. They were simple but elegant and perfect!
