My daughter had her bday dinner at Birchwood Club this past weekend and requested flowers for the table. The event planner at Birchwood recommended ArtQuest. It took a 5 minute phone call to describe the set up and color suggestions. They said they would deliver them the morning of the event to Birchwood directly, which was one thing off my plate. Sold. The flowers themselves were so pretty! We left the party with our arms full of gifts and umbrellas thanks to a very rainy night. When I called Birchwood the next morning to see if i could pick up the flowers to enjoy them a few more days they said they had disposed of them. This was super disappointing because the flowers were really beautiful, but of course this was no fault of ArtQuest. They were also pretty expensive, but that seems to be the case with most beautiful flowers these days. I appreciated ArtQuest making our bday dinner table extra pretty and plan to use them again for another event I have coming up in a few weeks! read more

Loved their flowers and presentation., but they don't get a five star rating because I had paid them to deliver the flowers by 11 am. When I called at 10.57, I was told they are putting the finishing touches and it finally reached at 12. My daughter was planning to leave at 11 am for something. And that too on her special day. And she had to wait for this delivery. read more

Paid lots for few flowers. Some already past their prime Very unimaginative Asked for pink flowers To make up for the flowers they sent, they sent a second arrangement. This one has white, purple yellow , green and 2 pink flowers NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR Not worth what I paid. Not even close read more

I asked for a Peace plant with some pink and purple flowers put in for a funeral. I received an orchid with a few pink roses that had petals turning brown. The attached brown card was written in pencil with handwriting that looked like a third grader. This arrangement was embarrassing and to say the least sub par. I would never recommend this shop to anyone. read more

Beautiful flower arrangement and super great customer service. I'm out of state and ordered these on the phone for Mother's Day. Customer service was super nice, accommodating and had very timely service! I sent them a photo I found on IG of a previous arrangement they did and Monica was super nice and made notes on the small tweaks I requested when processing my order. The flowers my mom received were VERY fresh and exactly as I pictured them! My mom was so touched and felt my love from miles away!! Thank you! read more

My son and daughter-in-law had a party for their new baby in their home. The flowers were absolutely beautiful equally as nice as anything from New York City. A few months later I had to send a friend flowers and asked the name of the florist they used for the party. It was Artquest. read more

If I could post zero stars I would. I was left absolutely livid and mortified on the most important day of my life. I was promised a gorgeous centerpiece, sweetheart table arrangement, bridal bouquet, bridesmaid bouquets, corsages for our mothers, and boutonnières for the groom and groomsmen and what we received was nothing of the sort. The first red flag was when I was told the flowers would arrive 24 hours before they were due to be delivered because they had a "busy" Saturday. I'm sorry, but we reserved this date for our wedding MORE than six months in advance. I'm going to attach photos of what we were promised vs. what we got. All of the bouquets were wrong. The centerpieces were filled with greens and alstroemerias which I hate. I sobbed for two HOURS as my bridesmaids rushed to fix the issue. My anxiety absolutely ruined my special day because of this floral catastrophe. I wanted a June wedding so I could carry my dream bouquet of peonies and I got a mashup of random flowers and only a few peonies. My bridesmaids were supposed to each have a different flower as their bouquets and we got the basic white flower mix for each which I was against from the beginning. My mother and mother in law were not given corsages. The sweetheart arrangement was dead and wilted and included flowers I hate again. The centerpieces were so poised to be beautiful round and LARGE, and they looked like something I grabbed last minute from Mariano's and made myself. One of the owners said she would "fix" the flowers and they were hastily put together and still left me broken hearted and completely embarrassed. I was drained emotionally before even seeing my husband for our first look. To top it all off, I received no apology, and my mother wrote to the business after our wedding and they blew her off and didn't bother responding. What an absolutely terrible experience. read more

Thanks ArtQuest. Most of their reviews seem to be for events, so I wanted to post one for a small arrangement. I had placed an order over the phone for a hostess gift and in retrospect I really did not give enough guidance (My bad, not theirs. They asked). When I arrived to pick up my arrangement, it was fine but not exactly the style I now realized I wanted. I noticed a cool arrangement sitting on a table and mentioned how nice it was. Without hesitation, the lovely woman helping me swapped it out for the one they had made me. No muss, no fuss. I was thrilled with what I got and so was the recipient. That's CUSTOMER SERVICE! Will definitely use them again without hesitation. read more

I purchased an arrangement for delivery my mom's birthday. After reading some reviews, and finding a place that was close enough to deliver, I decided to go with Artquest. I took a look at the website (which in my opinion could use a makeover) and decided to give them a call to find out more. I spoke with Monica who was helpful. I told her what I was looking for and even referenced a couple of arrangement photos I saw on this yelp page. I took a gamble because I really didn't exactly what the arrangement would look like but I had a good gut so I went with the order. My mom LOVED the arrangement and I think it is one of the most beautiful I've seen. Really pleased with how things turned out. Would use them again. read more

I wanted to choose a florist near my friends home to send a Thank You bouquet. I went on Yelp and read the first few reviews and also checked out the individual websites. ArtQuest had the most beautiful arrangements. I also took into consideration the most recent reviews. I called and they were so friendly. I asked if possible to have the arrangement delivered today as well as send me a photo. In less than 30 minutes a photo was sent of a beautiful arrangement, exactly what I expressed in my order. Thank you! read more

After my previous Yelp review, art quest reached out to apologize and offered to send a new arrangement. After receiving the new arrangement, my grandma called to thank me and said the flowers brought tears to her eyes they were so beautiful. I truly appreciate the customer service and prompt replacement. Anybody can make a mistake but they dealt with it in a professional and gracious manner--and ultimately left me (and my grandma) a happy customer. read more

Spectacular! If you want to send flowers to someone that will amaze and delight, call ArtQuest. I love sending floral arrangements as gifts. ArtQuest consistently sends the most magnificent florals I have ever seen. Not only that, the staff is enormously creative and really personalize the flowers to the person/home they are being sent. Yesterday my boyfriend sent me flowers for my birthday for the first time from ArtQuest. They are the most spectacular and uplifting flowers he has ever sent me. He asked for a "burst of color" and they delivered the most smashing assortment of colors, textures and variety. Not easy to pull this off tastefully, but they did it. WOW! I'll try to post some pics. Hard to capture how the arrangement is different and beautiful from every different angle you look at it. A kaleidoscope of color and design! read more

LOVE LOVE LOVE! Art Quest did the flowers for my wedding 10/25 and I could not be more pleased. We came to them in February with the flower girl dress and also a color palette in mind. They took our ideas and ran with them! My color ideas were a little geared towards summer and since I had a fall wedding they helped pull in colors that were perfect for fall, yet still honored my original theme. We met with them twice...once for an initial discussion and then again for a sample/mock up of the center pieces. After arriving home from our initial visit they emailed us that evening with a quote. Also the sample/mock up was free since we chose to go with them (although we did not get to keep those flowers). I also LOVED what they did to our aisle. All in all everything was very elegant. Linda and Greg were extremely easy to work with. We did do the pin spotting through Frost and I am happy we decided to do that. I would highly recommend for a wedding or any other event! read more

We worked with Greg at ArtQuest, and he was absolutely amazing! We got married downtown at The Peninsula Chicago over Memorial Day weekend, and our flowers were more beautiful than I could have ever imagined! My bridesmaids wore bright purple, and I wanted tons of vibrant and varied colors. Greg was so artistic and thoughtful about making beautiful combinations, with lots of purples, greens, blues, pinks, oranges, and reds. Not only is he unbelievably talented, but he's also so lovely and kind. So wonderful to work with. Every time I saw him, I just had to hug him. People kept asking us all night long who did the flowers, and I was so excited to tell them that Greg from ArtQuest is the best! I can't wait to see the pictures! read more

From the beginning we enjoyed working with Linda; she seemed to have an artistic eye and understood some of the special characteristics of this wedding! Anything that need it, the day of the wedding, Eric from her staff as well as Linda were there to make their rooms absolutely stunning! They tweaked a couple of things for us, including my daughter's bouquet so everything would be perfect--And even used flowers from a previous wedding to fill in a few spots on the aisle for us, as we were on a limited budget. When they got to the club, they learned there was an event in one of the rooms need it for our wedding; and adjust their schedules so that they could work at a different time to finish that job! We applaud them and have no qualms about to recommending them. read more

Greg and his staff prepared the most amazing flower arrangements for our daughter's wedding at North Pond restaurant in Lincoln Park , Chicago. Both the outdoor and indoor arrangements were gorgeous and exactly what we had wanted. The colors and the types of flowers he used were spectacular. The indoor arrangements were breathtaking, especially after the candles were lit. He did such a terrific job, that I needed to make this post on Yelp. As an aside, he also did flowers for a birthday party at Lovell's in Lake Forest that were beautiful and a Bridal Shower at Sola in Chicago. We were so delighted with all these events. read more

Our daughter got married Saturday and, thanks to Artquest, the flowers were spectacular! IWe had brought in a bridesmaid and MOB gown so that Linda (owner) could get a sense of our color and style. She immediately pulled a sample of flowers we never would have imagined ourselves, and created a sophisticated, seamless look that took our breaths away. Linda also worked directly with Frost Lighting to transform the University Club's Cathedral Hall in Chicago into a setting "fit for royalty," as one of our guests remarked. Always fair, Linda honored our price cap and never pressured us to go beyond it. ArtQuest is a true gem - the most sparkling -- on either the North Shore or downtown Chicago. Kathleen M. read more

I am from LA and was in Chicago for a family gathering. For the event, we ordered flowers from ArtQuest and they were....breathtaking. She was so nice and professional and she understood exactly what we were looking for. We were able to go in and see a sample of our centerpieces and that was so helpful. The centerpieces we wanted utilized three different size square vases with a single calla lily emerged in each one with a floating candle on top. They were simple but elegant and perfect!
