Very thorough, and while their price is high it's in line with the area. The issue I had was with their tint jobs. I've had 5 vehicles tinted at Capitol Shine, and while the first 4 were absolutely flawless, the 5th one had to be redone *three* separate times for major issues -- I'm not talking about a little speck of dust here or there, but major contamination. The final time they tinted the last vehicle, they ended up damaging the leather in the car by letting the tinting spray sit on the leather under the window for too long. To their credit, they apologized and refunded me for the tint job -- but I still had to go and have the leather replaced, which was a major pain in the ass. So, if you're looking for detailing - A+ work. If you're looking for tinting, be careful.

When I've had questions, they've answered fast and honestly. I did have one window issue, but they're still batting in the high .900s. They swapped the tint under warranty, no drama, no eye roll, just "swing by and we'll fix it." I recommend them to anyone who asks where to get tint done. Wrapping? Looks awesome from what I've seen in the shop, but I haven't gone that route (none of my cars have been wrapped... yet). My only "complaint," which is really a compliment in disguise: their time estimates tend to drift by about 30 to 45 minutes. That's because they refuse to rush your car off the line. Every vehicle gets meticulous attention, and they hand it back like they're genuinely proud of the work. I'll trade an extra half hour for that kind of quality any day. Five stars. A few things I'd have done differently a year later... they recommended doing a finish on my side steps that's similar to bedliner spray for durability, but it faded and is now gray instead of black. Also I'd have had them completely replace the door handles instead of wrap them. The wrap on door handles tends to degrade over time. They're fine now but I'm seeing the signs of wear and expect I'll have to replace the handles at some point. Kunza was probably the best priced compared to competitors and he did a really great job with my truck. The tint was amazing, and all of the paint details transformed my truck into what I always wanted.
