Based on my last review you already know I love the work and customer service of this place. When…read moreit came time to purchase business cards for my son (his first ever), they were my first choice. It was a rush job, but the cards were basically impeccable. When we came to pick them up, we struck up a conversation with a really nice lady and her dog. After chatting for a while, it hit me that she had to be the owner. When it came time to pay, she refused my card. My son stood there, mouth agape, in absolute shock. When he asked how he could repay her, she said he just needs to be excellent and pay it forward (paraphrase). When we got in the car, he told me he felt like his cards were blessed, and I have to agree. What the owner didn't know is that the cards were for his first experience away from home - a 9 day biotechnology program - and he was nervous as hell about it. Her (the owner's) kindness gave him a huge boost of confidence. Thank you so much for caring about more than the bottom line. You just won a customer for life who will refer you whenever possible!

I purchased my sign from Speedy Signs and was happy with the quality of the work. However, the…read morenails started coming out and sign began to fall. I immediately contacted the sign company and was told we will charge you $400 to remove and reinstall. I did not expect to pay for the danger this could potentially cause since they installed the signs. The first sign I was able to catch as I literally watched the nails fall out. The second sign I contacted them letting them know I'm not sure if I will be as lucky to be present. Isa sarcastically ask for a contract saying they guarantee their work. I had to contact Fast Signs in DC and they sent a crew out immediately and didn't not charge me a dime. They told me they had contractor out. But would try to help and route someone. While I expected to pay they said this is an emergency and we want to help. We agreed to do new signs and the cost of installation is a fraction of what Speedy wanted to charge me for removing and reinstalling the existing sign. The contractor that came from Fast Signs told me that the previous contractor made the hole too deep and stuffed the hole. Which is why the nails fell out so easy. I do not recommend doing business with them because they do not guarantee the work of their contractors.

T-Shirt/Tank Order:…read more I originally would have placed my order through CustomInk.com but I was referred to this business by a Landon Employee. About 98% of the business was done over email (since that was the best form of communication for me) and nothing was lost in translation. I worked with Rose and she was able to help me with exactly the style I was looking to accomplish. Everything was clear and prices were consistent with what their catalogs reflected. We placed an order of 18 tanks and then 1 more was added towards the end. Nothing was ever an issue, not even with the design I wanted or the individual nicknames I wanted on the back of each tank. The tanks tops were done in 1 week and the one that was ordered last was done the next day. I appreciated the quick and reliable service. The tank tops look fantastic. Very happy customer. I recommend!
