From the moment we had to pick a planner, we knew Maria was the right choice. Our first phone call felt like talking to your best friend you had known for years. She showed genuine care and interest from the get go and we knew we were in good hands. As someone who is a little more Type A (bride) when it comes to organization and planning, it was over whelming trying to consider how to plan the biggest day of our lives. Maria went above and beyond and took any ounce of stress away. She helped us pick our vendor team early on into the planning process, allowing us to find people who matched our energy. What seemed to be so daunting became some of the easiest decisions to make. Throughout the year, Maria checked in with us to make sure things were okay. She looked over our contracts and helped us plan the next steps whether it was food tasting, floral meetings, making a design deck, or buying a cake just for a photo. Monthly chats quickly turned into weekly chats as we got closer to the big day. Maria ensured every little detail was covered asking us questions about our bridal party, songs we wanted to be played, table greetings, and thank you cards. Before the day of our wedding, she sent us a checklist of items to give her to help take the added weight off our shoulders so we can enjoy our day. What we thought was already an above and beyond was nothing near the day of experience. Maria and her team could not have planned a better timeline for us and our loved ones. Maria took charge handling all our vendors while her assistants Cat and Chelsea ensured we were okay and our bridal party was set and ready to go. Everything was seamless as they took care of little things such as ensuring we had food to eat, water to drink, and a moment to breathe. When we had some last minute changes such as changed meals or guest coming and going, they handled it with ease. Many of our guest raved about our vendors and how amazing the day was, but it couldn't have happened without Maria and her team. Our closest loved ones who knew Maria was our planner couldn't stop complimenting how on top of it she was the whole day, and we couldn't agree more. Maria is not only a planner but she becomes your friend. She takes genuine interest in you and makes you feel on top of the world. We couldn't be more fortunate enough to have worked with her and her team.

They were provided very detailed instructions for everything that day. They did not have enough chairs at the ceremony, did not pick up around the area where my bride and I stood for the ceremony so I had to pick up trash and tools and throw them to the side, seating assignments were incorrect so I had to tell them to fix them, one of them was standing in the background of every photo and video from our grand entrance, and they failed to load our wedding cake at the end of the night (so much for enjoying that on out one year wedding anniversary). They have since not returned any calls or texts. I called them Friday and they told me I had the wrong number and hung up on me, even though the number I called was from their contact details. I would not recommend them to anyone.

We are proud to recommend her wholeheartedly to anyone looking for an event planner. Ann excels at all aspects of event planning--she is extremely timely and thorough in her emails, attentive during meetings, and detail-oriented in the construction of her internal resources. She checked in with me and my brother several times throughout the planning process, taking care to ensure that she was on the same wavelength as us. During the week of the event, she took charge authoritatively, demonstrating exceptional time-management and organizational skill. She personally contacted every vendor herself to streamline delivery of their goods or services, and answered all of the questions that my brother and I had. And during the event itself, she was absolutely stellar. We didn't want to worry about any logistics, and Ann made sure to run the event smoothly and independently. She has a specific penchant for directing guests with a perfect mix of kindness and assertiveness, which is exactly the skillset needed for someone in her line of work. Her team members were also very professional and attentive; when the venue's staff failed us, Ann's own team members consistently picked up slack, and made sure my brother and I were without concern. Overall, I am proud to give Ann my strongest endorsement. It was my privilege to have worked with her, and I am looking forward to doing so again!

Ann was there as soon as my hair and makeup were finished and paid attention to every little detail. Our wedding happened to be during the World Cup, and since we're both Norwegian-Vietnamese, we wanted to make our grand entrance wearing our Norway jerseys. Ann fully embraced our vision and even brought small Norwegian flags and Norwegian flag garlands for our wedding party. It made for such an epic and memorable entrance, and we loved it! Ann is kind, professional, and incredibly attentive. We felt so calm and stress-free knowing she was there taking care of everything, allowing us to truly enjoy our wedding day. Our friends and family absolutely loved her and her team as well. They kept telling us how amazing she was and how she always had a smile on her face throughout the entire day. From the moment I found her I knewwwwwww she was the right one. Like a typical guy, my husband had decided that we did not need a wedding planner. He was sure we could do it on our own (Umm yeah no). Previous to finding Diana, we had spoken with 5 other planners. 3 Ghosted us, the fourth was planning on doing one other wedding on our day and the 5th was out of our price range. Let me save you all the hassle now and tell you to HIRE DIANA NOW!!!! After our first email exchange we set up a Zoom meeting the next day and we were sold. She understood the vision. We hired her 1 years and 5 months from our wedding. Throughout the whole process she truly was our fairy godmother. She was always a quick text away. It was not at all a client/vendor relationship, she really is a friend and advocates for you. She has so many connections and she does her best to find what's best for you. All of this instilled a confidence in me. She really does have the best ideas. Wedding day came around and I really let go!!! She had a conversation with me the week of the wedding to remind me to really enjoy my day. The day of my wedding something clicked in my head, I was marrying my best friend and a new chapter was starting for me. I'm a total type A person, but for that day I left it all to Diana and it really was the best day of my life. When I say she "got it" I mean she TRULY got it! The ceremony started promptly and may I say we were ahead of schedule the WHOLE day?! When do you hear that about weddings?! I also want to add that her assistant Laura is such a sweetheart. She came to introduce herself to me and gave me a quick rundown to remind me to just enjoy my day. It was during our first dance that I looked past my husband and we both looked into our reception and saw the flickering candles and all of the details Diana and Laura put all over our venue and we just started balling our eyes out. It was such a dream. There was no issue that I had to resolve, they took care of everything. I am so thankful to Diana and Laura. They truly went above and beyond. She is who you NEED during the process and day of, not a vendor but a friend. Thank you Diana, I am literally indebted to you for life.
