This was such a cute coffee shop. We stopped by after walking on the pier and I am really glad we did! The last thing I expected was to have this googly eyed machine be my barista. The experience was really cute! I ordered the Iced Salted Caramel coffee and it was delicious!

The concept of a robot making my coffee was quite exciting!! Glad to see another option on the pier other than the Biscoff coffee shop as I find their drinks too sweet. Artly had a lot of different options. I enjoyed my rose oat milk latte. The only con is that it takes about 10 minutes for the drink to be made - this may have been because they only had 2/3 machines working on Sunday.

Pretty interesting experience for our first time with a coffee bot but it was fun and my drink was made correctly ! Service was fast and we laughed at the googly eyes on the robots. Small space but tidy with nobody onsite.

So cute!

While walking around Pier 39, I spotted this coffee shop in the corner. There were 2 robot baristas preparing drinks, which piqued my interest. 2 friendly humans were also present to make sure everything went smoothly. Our order: Latte (12 oz): $5.25 +Smooth and creamy with strong espresso +Swan latte art was a nice touch. Dirty Taro Latte (12 oz): $6.00 +Smooth and creamy +Notes of coconut & taro +Lavender color and latte art made for an aesthetically pleasing drink. -Couldn't taste the espresso *Verdict: 4.5 stars rounded up to 5 d/t innovation, price, and quality. Even though we didn't get to watch the Blue Angels perform d/t fog, this was a fun alternative. Hopefully robots will continue making tasty drinks like they do here instead of taking over the world. Definitely worth a stop if you're on Pier 39!

Yess, I absolutely recommend Artly Coffee!! This was my first time watching a robot prepare my coffee...and the experience was incredible! The coffee turned out great with the right amount of microbubbles in the coffee! The robot even added some latte art, which was really impressive! I'm sure you'll enjoy the service and the ambiance of this place!

DO NOT PAY FOR DELIVERY…read more We paid extra to have our order delivered to our hotel and used the restaurant's order-ahead option. We scheduled the delivery for 9:20 a.m., but by 8:40 a.m. the app showed it had already been delivered. The problem? There was no food at our hotel room. I tried contacting the delivery driver by text, but never received a response. It was incredibly frustrating, especially after leaving a generous tip. We later found out the driver had left the food at the hotel but never told the front desk which room it was for, even though they had all of the delivery information. As a result, our food just sat there until we eventually had to go down and get it ourselves. In the end, I paid for a delivery service that I never actually received. Instead of enjoying the convenience we paid for, we had to track down our own order. Based on this experience, I would not recommend paying for delivery. If you're ordering from this restaurant, save your money and pick it up yourself. I paid for a service, but I did not receive what I paid for. Then to make it worse the breakfast sandwich was just OK. Nothing to write home to mom about. To say the least we will not be ordering her again and would not recommend this restaurant.

There was a lot of natural light in the coffee shop, definitely a visually-appealing, 'aesthetic' place. I got an iced red tea and it was delicious. The tea was botanical, smooth and fragrant. Amazing experience! Excited to come back and try the coffee and pastries, which looked super fresh.

It seems like there's also an upstairs but did not get the chance to check it out. I got an iced latte with their almond macadamia milk, and they're also so nice to do complimentary cold brew! So we got an extra drink for free. Trying the iced latte, it was pretty disappointing lol. I thought it would be similar to like a Hawaiian style latte with macadamia milk, but it was a lot lighter than I thought. It was definitely very nutty, but it also just tasted like water down latte. Honestly not much going on with the drink, but it does taste lighter in general. Crazy have to pay $1.50 more to add on this milk. Overall, its alright. I do like the natural lighting coming into the shop, but nothing too special.

The wifi is pretty good, for those doing work there including being able to handle Zoom meeting. I've had their regular coffee and their Cortados, maybe one day I'll try one of their specialty drinks. I've had tried their chicken and beef shawarmas, sharing them with friends, and those were better than I thought they'd be. This place has friendly staff, and the place has more character than the big coffee companies who shall remain nameless.

It has a very serene and relaxing atmosphere with a beautiful Pakistani and Middle Eastern inspired feel that makes it a nice little escape from the busyness of the city. I also enjoyed their desserts. They have a nice variety of cakes and other sweets, so there are plenty of options to choose from. Just expect them to be quite sweet. The service was decent and fairly self service. You grab your own plate, enjoy your food, and then drop everything off near the trash area when you are finished. The location is also a big plus. It is right in the middle of some of San Francisco's busiest streets and neighborhoods, with many popular sites within walking distance. Overall, it is a nice spot to slow down, enjoy some coffee and dessert, and take a little break from the city.

(i sound like an american health influencer...oh wait i am american). anyway they're a bit too sweet but the frangipane tastes good. the plain one is boring in a bad way. pain suisse is okay too. it's ironic that their best croissants are the day-old ones since they are twice baked with frangipane pumpkin bread was pretty good! again a bit too sweet but spice and pumpkin came in strong like pow pow. bostock was good too - my first time. again a twice baked pastry except it's brioche and the syrup is passionfruit. the fruit flavor was slight but i wish it was stronger. super interesting to eat though i also wish that the heat and freshness of the pastries didn't vary so wildly. some days they're cold as frozen peas and other days they're nice and crispy and warm and fluffy and fireplace-y and hot-mug-y. sorry i have a lot of wishes. unfortunately big B may not be able to satisfy them. i wish i can go back to try the black sesame one but i'm too broke and i have an astronomically low attention span so i can't wait in line
