Not a pleasant experience. Came her for a wash and cut with one of their young stylists. Wasn't too keen on her style of cutting, she literally washed my hair, dried it, and then started cutting it (weird as I didn't want a dry cut but a WASH - CUT AND THEN BLOWDRY). Felt rushed and took under 20 mins.
Half way in between haircut, a lady with short icy blonde hair and glasses interrupted to talk to my stylist about a picture of her cat on facebook (no you just cant make this up). Found it weird how all the other customers were offered beverages except me. Also rang in advance to book the appt and when I called to confirm price was told I did not have an appt booked! Girl on phone admitted she remembered talking to me but offered no apology for the inconvenience.
Whats worse was that the price I was given on the 2nd phone call did not match up to the price they asked when I went there! Last point- they claimed they were doing some back to uni special that week but when I went there I was told the deal is only when you book with the more expensive senior stylists (guess your not really saving any money then!).
