Had my hair highlighted and cut by the assistant manager and the dye job was probably the best I've ever had - other salons have asked me where I got it done. While like most salons the prices are a little high the outcome was definitely worth it. The staff were all talkative and listened to their customers needs. Seemed to have a lot of regulars coming in and out - always a good sign.

Purchased a promotional pack of 4 massages for £100, I was provided one but upon trying to book the…read morefollowing she showed repeated organisational issues and poor communication including: an appointment confirmed only 30 min prior and another one where I got there to find the shop closed without any notice. This prompted me to request a refund, she then claimed it was a non refundable offer (not stated anywhere) and that if she was to refund me I'd have to be charged full price for that one session I had! At the 2nd appointment she offered a 30-minute free session as a goodwill gesture for her mismanagement of the booking. In subsequent conversations she attempted to assign it a value of £35 and offered me only £10 back -- against the £75 I am owed. Later she changed position again counting that 30 min session as a full one worth £55.
