It takes real skill to make someone feel simultaneously invisible and judged. If I had a pen, I'd have taken earnest notes on their methods. I'm genuinely grateful for this experience. Second is the lack of a public restroom which I find ridiculous--they advertise on social media so their audience is broad, after a two-hour trip being told you can use a restroom at Trader Joe's is ridiculously inconvenient. Would I recommend The Happy Saguaro? Yes and no, if you're in the area or enroute to other destinations, it's worth a stop. If you're looking for something in particular you have to have, call and it can be worth the drive but realize you may be paying for it.

We tried to work out a design with them for a project and it took three weeks to text us a layout. We weren't happy with the layout, so we came back in and altered the project. After they said they could do the second layout, they contacted us and said they couldn't complete the job as we wanted. We had already put a down payment for the work and when they couldn't do the work to our liking, they charged us 120 dollars for a layout design (they wanted to charge us more, but we settled on this amount). Go to Mo's they are night and day more professional and hashed out the design and a computerized layout on the first visit in 20 minutes, Mo's could do what we wanted, highly suggest staying away from AP&F and go to Mo's !!! We were never informed the layout time would cost money and when we stopped the job, they got mad and demanded money. Compare that to mo's we left with a computer designed layout from the start and they had 100% confidence they would complete the work to our satisfaction and even ordered software updates to their mat cutter !
