I have always had great experiences with all of them. Unfortunately, I have been to this location at least 4 times with my daughter, and every time we had to go get it redone by a professional. I have another chance a couple of times due to knowing they are students and that's the chance you take. Today my daughter went for a haircut and I'm not sure what in the world happened she asked for a trim and for the worst botched job I will most likely have to cut her hair all the way to above her shoulders just to make it even. She is not thrilled about it. At this point, I must say it is definitely in the teachings and not enough guidance or overlooked by the student's instructors. It's very unfortunate.

It is…read moreimportant to know that prior the service, I had a consultation with one of their hair instructors who persuaded me with a positive result. The student who was assigned to do the work was only a month away from graduation. To my surprise, she showed no knowledge of dealing with chemicals, could not answer any questions or concern coloring the hair, she was very slow and asked for help about half time. I was there for over five hours in total. Her two helpers told me that some of them never even had a chance to practice doing this work. They "had enough classes of education" their hair instructor said. I ended up with bright Red-looking hair at the top. In some places my hair shows 6-8 different shades! Overprocessed and ruined! At the end, the instructor suggested that with my long thick hair I'd be better fit in a professional salon. But they won't tell you that upfront and let their untrained students practice on real people instead of manikins. I tried to call their owner but was ignored. A slap in the face and waste of money! No education for students, no knowledge of hair services and even typical humans' respect! Shameless and careless towards others! At the end their front desk person was even "brave enough" to beg for tips.

I have been using Lily at vision salon for years. She also has been taking care of my mothers hair…read morefor years. She is so good she listens to you she'll tell you if she doesn't think your idea is going to look good on you and give you other ideas. The other thing that's awesome about her is she has been helping me grow out my hair. Usually stylist want to cut it but she was the first one I had that said no will just take a little bit off and we can grow this hair out. She gave me tricks and techniques to help me, and now my hair is in the best condition of my life. She's very honest, and very reasonable I love the salon everybody that works here has been so kind and professional. She has been helping me grow out my hair and has an amazing knowledge of the science of hair, which is so fascinating to me. Lily is the best, hands-down!
