For Adventurous Brewing Steve and I shared the Adventurous Warrior which is an IPA of the Imperial sort. Characteristics to pick up as flavor goes with this brewery are juicy, fruity and hoppy. The texture of the beer is smooth and soft. A lot of these flavors are typical with IPA'S so I wouldn't go as far to say anything was groundbreaking here but the IPA was enjoyable enough and hopefully a return trip can fall into place to try out more of their beers.

I had heard great things about this place for over five years now, and I was not disappointed! We came early Saturday afternoon so it was not too busy. The employee was unwelcoming as if it was an in-convenience for us to be there, nonetheless we were the only ones there. My wife asked to use the restroom and the lady said there isn't one but "where-ever we go to next there will be one." When I went to pay for the bottles we chose the credit card was snatched out of my hand like I was still an inconvenience for supporting a local business. I wouldn't recommend this place as a must stop on a winery tour of the area. We run a wine review page and sadly there will not be one done for this location.

The hazy was horrible, the brown was passable and the lager was just okay. Worst part was the staff wasn't very knowledgeable and you had a confusing part about bringing food in from outside or next door. The food next door was just average Italian. So not really going to recommend coming to this place and instead would say look for another place. Not sure why so high rated on Yelp

Starter was the beer cheese nachos with pulled pork. That is honestly much better than most nachos I get. The beer cheese is tasty, the pork was generous and the bbq sauce added a nice spicy-sweetness to it. For my main, I opted for the salmon with bourbon glaze. It was prepared to medium but still tender and flakey (done but not overdone). The green beans were seasoned well and had just enough crunch left to them. Rice was nothing special. When I told her I liked bourbon and not beer, she brought out a bottle of Woodford Reserve and never once told me I just had to try one of their beers because it would most certainly be the one to convert me to a beer drinker! I can't tell you how much I appreciate that and wish more breweries would be like that. But back to the beer, the rest of the family enjoyed the selection and all said they would go back. They do not serve food, but there is a very good Mexican restaurant next door and you can bring in their food if you are hungry. It is also very family friendly and welcoming!

That's when we noticed there was a party in the back room AND one forming in the front area, near the wagyu cooler. The SOLE BARTENDER then proceeded to get SLAMMED. So I asked for a to-go order of the Hakuna MAWtata. To which I was told there were none and I'd have to wait a while for the bartender to make it. I really don't understand why they had ONE bartender on a Saturday evening, especially when people clearly booked parties tonight. Couple that with about 8 children standing at the front door while people were coming and going. I really don't understand what's going on. It's a bar, not a restaurant, and not a kids play area. We visit every year and I've been in this place many times. But I probably won't be going back, especially on a weekend!!
