Our remodel was a dream come true thanks to Artisan!
Our situation - a burst pipe and sewage backup in the basement of our 1939 home two weeks before our baby was born. This led to an immediate need to remodel the old bathroom and the basement. We started the project with an insurance company recommended contractor who immediately was not up to the challenge of working with all the surprises an old home throws at you.
Enter Artisan to save the day. Immediately, Diane assessed the situation and put together a confident plan to turn our ruined basement into my now favorite space in the house. We now have a new bathroom, kitchenette, laundry room, and media room in what was once a neglected space. Diane is an outstanding communicator who excels at creative problem solving, sourcing materials (especially during supply chain shortages), and management of subs.
