While we were browsing, the lady at the front kept hovering over us as if we were trying to steal something. It was obvious enough that we actually started laughing about it. While waiting for our photos to print and looking through them together, we sat on the couch. There was no one else in the store, and we weren't being loud, rude, or causing any problems. Despite that, we were rudely told the couch was only for customers trying on clothes. Didn't know the couch was a dressing room. It felt unnecessary considering we were simply waiting for the photos we had just paid for and were about to leave. The store has a cool concept, but the customer service made it feel unwelcoming. Greet every customer with kindness. Not everyone who walks into your store is out to get you.
