This is a great place to have a few beers. The bartender…read morespoke English and was very patient. They carry several of their own beers which are solid and a must try, as well as guest beers. 16 in total including a beer engine which you don't see everywhere. They also offer a flight of 4 beers, but it is not posted. It was a narrow bar that went deeper and dark, just what I like in a bar. I walked in at 6 as well as a dad with 2 toddlers, in need of a beer No one even turned an eye, in fact they seemed to like the kids there. They open everyday at 6pm

After a long day of museums and pizza at Gustapizza (which I will post about separately!) we made a stop for a couple of beers from a craft brewery in Florence. Located in a city surrounded by wine makers, Archea Brewery is knocking it out of the park. They are an independent craft brew pub founded in 2012. They have a combination of house made beers and other artisanal beers focused on Italian producers, but do have others from across the region. We had two of their beers, which were extremely flavorful, and two beers from other craft breweries. Beers: Archea Melissa | Honey Ale Archea Salniette | Blanche Con Salvia Cantina Errante Saison Du Coupage 2021 | Lambic Blend / Saison Barrel Aged BFM 225 Saison | Sour Saison Oak Aged We loved both their own beers and the other local breweries with Brasserie des Franches-Montagnes (BFM) being a small, artisanal brewery in Saignelégier, Jura, Switzerland winning global acclaim with their unique offerings, and Cantina Errante located in Florence, Italy focused on exploring their surroundings through their beers. Highly recommend a stop here if in Florence and needing a craft brew!

It was empty at 12, but people started trickling in. I ordered a couple IPAs while I was there and their beer is spot on. The lady behind the bar didn't speak English very well, since it was out of the tourist part of town, but she was nice enough. My wife kept asking for no oil on her pizza, but then she said "No olio" She recognized it immediately. Pizza was a little greasy and for Italy we wanted perfect pizza. It was maybe a 7 of 10. Here is what I got, Morgan's IPA, Marinara Pizza, and Lambrate pizza(truffle cream, goat cheese, smoked duck, marscapone) The duck was awesome but my wife was less than impressed by her pizza. If I lived nearby, I would definitely drop in for a few beers a few times a week.

We had the Florentine Pizza and it was excellent! My hubby enjoyed his spicy Florentine Burger and the homemade chips! Our favorite beer was their Martalinna, a Belgium style brew which went down smoothly for a higher grade test that it was. The taps change with the season so some of the stouts were not available in summer when we were there. They sell small or large pints which was good to have options. Reasonable prices, but really very warm inside, no air flow to speak of, so wear short sleeves.
Pizza Lambrate: chevre, mascarpone, speck affumicato d'oca e crema di tartufo. Spettacolare!!!

They serve the long type, not traditional round (not flat bread, it's a thicker crust than that). It's pretty amazing, all four people in my group loved what they ordered. They also served a salad in a pizza dough bowl that looked delicious, so if you are craving greens it's a great option. And they do have wine, it's not just a beer spot. Seriously, for pizza this place is tops.

The servers can be a bit surely, but I love it. The place has grit and personality that doesn't scream tourist trap like much of its surrounding competition.
Pizza- Mortadella, burrata, pistachios, basil. Classic combo and as good as it gets. Fabulous.
