I had a great experience with Sir Grout. The owner, Chris, came out personally to look at and…read moreestimate the job. It included color sealing a tiled kitchen counter with extremely stained grout that could not be cleaned. Also color sealing three floors and two tiled bay windows. Everything is completely transformed. It's early days, but even the countertop has been easy to maintain despite the insults of a busy kitchen. We had one glitch. The technician applied samples of several colors to each part of the job. The one I picked for one of the floors looked very unattractive to me once it was applied to the entire floor. It wasn't Sir Grout's fault, but Chris worked with me to find a very fair solution. By the time the technician left the floor looked great. I also showed Chris a fully tiled bathroom. Aside from the floor, which we did color seal, Chris recommended skipping that room since it is in such good shape and showers can get expensive. It is refreshing to find a company that does not oversell. I think that Chris takes a very long term view of his company and values loyal customers over short term revenue. So I can highly recommend Sir Grout!

The former owners put white carpet in the main bedroom, right by a French door to the pool, hot tub room, and with several cats lol needless to say, it wasn't all white anymore. Justin and his brother removed almost all the stains and made it sparkling. The area rugs had been stored for over a year after a move, and they brought them back to life. And the tile, that was the biggest transformation! The grout looks fresh and new, and all stains in the kitchen and hot tub room are gone. Justin and his brother are always on time, friendly, and protect your walls and furnishings. They're responsive and communicative, and very competitively priced to boot! Actually disgusting is being kind. I'm not sure what happened between going on contract and then for our walkthrough, but yeah... not good. Not good at all.. I was recommended this company though and wow. It's a different home! We were very close to ripping up all of the carpet to replace them, and we can now get at minimum quite a few more years out of them. Not only did this save us thousands, the gentleman (Chris) who cleaned them for us was very sweet, to us, our son and our pup. He also saw our time kitchen floors as I tiredly grabbed my mop and told me they also do tile cleaning. I will be booking the first appointment available!
