Expect to fill out multiple page surveys with a lot of personal information and have a phone call with him before you get any real information. Expect him to ask you multiple times are you a f@#$ yes or f@#$ no to signing up for a 12 month commitment before he will even tell you the cost. Expect to hear some lame analogies about why he won't tell you the cost up front when you ask him. Lots of smoke and mirrors. He will go thru multiple questions such as "what value do you bring to our group" without really explaining what his group is or how it works. He won't answer your questions until you answer all of his. Expect to have to sell yourself to him to be part of his training group. And you better be willing to sign on the dotted line before you hang the phone up. No talking it over with the wife, no sleeping on it, you better make the decision then to sign up for a 12 month commitment or you're not worth his time. Felt like I was talking to a used car salesman with all the heavy handed pressure and sign now or quit wasting my time attitude going on. To save people the hassle and pain of jumping thru all their hoops like I did the breakdown is basically this. Don't expect to work with Wes. He has a wait list and even if you're on the wait list you'll probably end up working with another coach. The only option you have is to sign up for the Facebook group page where he posts a few different workouts. You also get access to the Facebook group where you can interact with other people who are in the program. Cost = $99usd a month with a mandatory 12 month commitment. So $1188 total. If you do decide you are willing to wait for a personal coaching slot to open up the cost will $399 a month. Mandatory 12 month commitment to sign up. So $4788 usd total. And don't forget you better damn well make the decision before you hang up or you're not a good fit. If people have had success with the program then I am sincerely happy for them. However you can find better programs out there for a LOT LESS MONEY. For example SOFLETE which is ran by former special operations members costs $25 usd a month and you can cancel at any time. Gives you an online program, lets you interact with other people just like Wes's program, and some extra stuff on top of that. All information is found up front and the cost is found easily on the website. No smoke and mirrors and a bunch hoops to jump thru. Overall Wes came across like a jerk who acted like he was doing me a big favor even to consider me for his training program. After reflecting on our conversation no way would I choose to work with this group after seeing how they treat potential customers. Also for the price you can find a lot better then what they provide somewhere else.

Perhaps, it was not the owner the previous commenter was dealing with. Beyond being kind, the owner takes great care to make sure people avoid injury or alters exercises individually for those that are injured. I have never gone to a better exercise facility in terms of personal attention and kindness. Above all that, this studio offers a great injury-free workout that leaves you feeling fit without injury.

This facility is a great option for anyone visiting Victoria who needs to work on their strength training while on vacation. They have several Life Fitness machines, including pectoral fly/rear deltoid. They also have some older machines from a brand I have never heard of before called Keiser, which turned out to be an American brand based in Fresno, California. The Keiser machines are strange because they have thumb controls to manipulate a pneumatic system which controls resistance, rather than the traditional system of sticking a pin into a weight stack. But once you figure out how to use them, they're okay.

Coming out of the pandemic I was looking for a place that could get me back in shape - with an emphasis on functional fitness. Sarah-Jane has created a terrific facility and has great trainers. She understood what I was looking for and matched me with a great trainer. Nicky has challenged me and ensures the exercises I do are appropriate for how I'm feeling that day and my particular issues. I work more in one hour than I would do in two hours on my own and come away tired but inspired. I also appreciate that every body type and fitness level are accommodated and I don't feel out of place. The staff and clients are all supportive and I actually look forward to going! If you want to make an investment in yourself this is a great place to do that! Almost 2 years later - haven't had to go back to physiotherapy and I'm feeling better than I have in years. Workouts are always changing - and I'm never bored. Now ten pounds lighter, but more importantly I feel stronger and healthier. Still love coming here - who'd have thought I'd enjoy exercise so much! Nicky motivates me to strive for increased strength and stability and my mood is always improved by the time I leave. Would highly recommend!
