She was able to magically sweep my 5-year-old daughter away into a fairytale land where she imagined all of her favorite things and learned proper ballet techniques, strengthened and stretched her body, and had fun dancing with her friends. She loved it so much, we wished it was more than once a week and didn't stop for summer break. Something I would like to see more of is the teaching of short dance routines after all of the typical exercises they do. One thing that many of the parents were dissatisfied with was how often there was a substitute teacher, and the general lack of communication there was regarding class schedules and offerings from the office. I hope this review will help you in deciding which program to put your child in, and will provide the school some insite into our experience. I called a few studios in the La Crescenta area and Ani was the only one who provided classes for Quinceañeras and she did not disappoint. She was professional, friendly, patient, great with kids, and worked around their schedules. My daughter picked her two songs and Ani choreographed a beautiful waltz and a really fun mambo that let all the kids shine and highlighted the Quinceañera. The kids had a blast learning them (took about 7 - 8 classes) and performing them at the party. If you are looking for dance classes for a couple or for a group I HIGHLY recommend Ani!!!!

This review is long overdue!…read more I've taken classes at both the Montrose and Glendale locations, and I truly can't say enough great things about these studios. After trying several other Pilates studios that felt impersonal, Motivate was such a breath of fresh air. Every single instructor is fantastic, but a few deserve a special mention. Odet is incredibly knowledgeable. This girl knows fitness! She knows exactly how to challenge and motivate her clients. Christine's positive energy, smile and genuine kindness make every class such a joy. Alin is also another amazing and motivating instructor. And Courtney somehow delivers an amazing workout while keeping everyone laughing, it's like getting a comedy show with your Pilates class! I can go on and on about each and every single instructor. Both studios are true gems for the Montrose and Glendale communities. The instructors, the atmosphere, and the workouts are second to none. I genuinely look forward to every class.
