The deposit was the monthly cost. However, the school started with no communication and of course, no car. We work with over 8,000 students across the country. Just because they had a delay and miscommunication doesn't mean you have to put our company down" By far the worst experience with any service company. Needless to say: still no car. On the phone, they were very courteous, professional and accommodating. They also have great bus drivers! We were very impressed by our bus driver: Vladimir. I would definitely request him again. He was very professional, patient and understanding in dealing with our large group. Their bus lines are really modern looking with nice above-head televisions for watching movies. Also, their buses are clean, well maintained with very clean bathrooms, which is a rarity with most bus companies! I will always use United Coach bus company from now on!

Most buses charged over $1500 for 5 hours. I found AA coaches through a page on facebook "mypartybusnyc" and gave them a call...I GOT SO LUCKY! The staff were absolutely wonderful. They were patient with me (i was very nervous that it would turn out to be a disaster). The pictures were too good to be true considering the fantastic deal I got for 5 hours on a friday night. Both Diamond & Karina were wonderful with helping me out in any way possible. The bus itself was GORGEOUS. And our driver, Emmanuel, was superb!!!!! He scanned our ticket and we boarded. The bus was pretty full, so we ended up sitting separately. The above head storage bins are kind of tight, so I had to take something out of my over stuffed backpack to manage to wiggle it in. While my purse sat on my lap. I liked the foot rest and the hook on the handle on the seat in front of me. Trash bags were hung here and there. Looks like they also provided small bottles of water for us, though we had to grab those ourselves. The electric plugs didn't seem to work, but perhaps the ubs plugs in the ceiling did. Our driver was a great communicator. He set expectations so we knew that we had a 20 min rest stop before arriving at Baltimore, and pointed out things to help us to pay attention and to get back to the right bus. He warned us that given current construction that we were sure to arrive later than what our tickets said, and gave us his best eta given the circumstances. Another passenger later commented that the bus bathroom was clean. We kind of ended up being dropped off on a brightly painted bridge in the middle of no where - perhaps on Maryland Ave?, by a bus stop. A short walk from Penn Station.

Very disappointing experience…read more My family arrived at the Worcester, MA bus stop at 7:35 PM for a scheduled departure. We waited continuously until 8:10 PM, and the bus never arrived. When we contacted customer service, we were told the bus had already left at 7:47 PM, which is simply not consistent with what we experienced. Instead of investigating the situation or showing any empathy, customer service insisted the bus had departed and refused to offer a refund or any meaningful resolution. It's extremely frustrating to be told we missed a bus that never appeared while we were waiting at the designated pickup location. Reliable service and responsive customer support are essential for travelers. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this service and hope the company improves both its bus tracking and customer service processes.
