AWFUL. Went here for 4 years. Long story short when it comes to any serious care besides cleanings,…read moreDO NOT GO. The billing and front desk is unprofessional, shady and does the bare minimum. Needed my bridge done due to a failed implant and the front desk attempted to charge me 750 dollars when under my delta plan is 100% covered. This confusion on THEIR part snowballed into a month of calling my insurance spending hours on the phone due to the dentist office negligence. The office had to be called, begged and reminded NUMEROUS times to send a pre-auth confirming what I knew that my bridge was covered. Instead they sent my insurance company terrible, ambiguous and outdated things. My insurance denied what they sent twice sending me in a tizzy and perplexed. When I would call the office for updates they did not know anything and never called me to inform me of anything. I switched dentist.. got my temp bridge placed THAT day and what do you know.. they confirmed what I KNEW, my insurance plan that I pay for covers bridges 100%..

The office is clean, the hygienists and dentists are kind and do quality work (though I have only…read morehad cleanings here) but the front desk staff is deceptive with costs. I called 24 hours prior to reschedule and was informed of their $50 cancellation fee which I told them I could not afford, so I would rearrange things and figure it out. I had previously purchased their plan so I assumed my cleaning was covered by this. When I arrived they asked if I would like to renew, I declined and they sent me back. When I went to leave I was informed that plan had lapsed a few weeks prior and I would now owe $150 out of pocket-or I could purchase their $270 plan and it would be covered. They tried to claim they had told me it was not covered but that was not the case. By simply asking if I'd like to renew I had assumed this cleaning was covered and the next would not be. So maybe it's the ol' never assume situation but I felt this was deceptive, especially as I had just informed them the day before of not having the extra money at this time. There are enough quality dentists in the area that I'd rather give my business to one who is also upfront and forthcoming about costs.

Got notified about a visit I never scheduled or went to. Called their actual phone number. Went…read moredirectly to voicemail without any greeting to let a caller know what entity they have reached. I was a patient with this office for close to 50 years. In the fall of 2023 and early 2024 I had…read moresome health issues and unfortunately this enabled me to not be able to go to the office to have my teeth cleaned. Once I was able to go, I called the office in March 2024 to schedule a cleaning appointment and was told I couldn't due to a hadn't had a cleaning in two years (it actually wasn't 2 years but getting close to it). I spoke with the office manager and she informed me that it was the office policy that one would have to see the dentist first at a separate appointment before scheduling a cleaning if one had not had a cleaning in 2 years. I have never heard of this type of policy!! Again, I was a patient there for over 50 years. I asked the office manager to look at my chart and my situation but she didn't care. She just kept saying "it's the office policy". I was frustrated and hung up on her. The next thing I know I received a letter from the new owner of the practice informing me that I was dismissed from his office. I did nothing wrong to deserve this. The only thing I did was, I told the office manager she didn't care. Which she apparently did not. I fully know if it was the past owner, which I loved, she would of looked into my situation and I would have been seen for a cleaning without being seen first by the dentist at a separate appointment. It's a shame this new owner, not even knowing me, decided to dismiss a long time patient all because I said the office manager did not care. On a side note, I was able to schedule a cleaning appointment with my husband's office the next day without seeing the dentist first at a separate appointment . They had never heard of an office having a two year cleaning policy. I guess everything happens for a reason and the moral of this story is: if you don't care that an office manager or new owner of this office does not care about their patients then go there.

Stay Away Horrible,…read moreHorrible treatment of customers. We ordered 2 groupons for teeth whitening, my wife went first. Appointments where made 3 weeks in advance - because it was a groupon. They refused to perform the teeth whiting without a cleaning prior, not stated or included on the groupon add. My wife went ahead and had the cleaning done, she was due for a cleaning anyhow. My appointment was a week later. When we called into verify appointment time, the younger man who answered was rude to the point that it drove my wife to tears and I had to call back myself. Including comments like - "Ill be short with you if i need to be" on the polite side of what was said to her. When I called back, I asked for the office manager - the Dentist herself had answered the phone. She was also rude. No apology offered, no regret in tone, just told me to call groupon for a refund. They refused to perform the whiting on me because I refused to let them clean my teeth first. I had just had a cleaning, and was not due for a few more months. Clearly a bait and switch tactic I am sure they did to other customers, since it happened to us twice. Too bad for the office, we just moved and where looking for a new Dentist. I know most yelp reviews are biased, but ask yourself this: Have you ever called a Doctor or Dentists office, and the physician themselves answered the phone? Clearly this office is slow - because of the way they make their customers feel.

I have suffered through extreme pain for the past month after receiving a filling from Dr. Mastis…read more I returned two times only to have her explain that it may be the result of a bruise from her improperly filing the filling. She even took x-rays! After a month of extreme pain and no satisfaction, I followed up with another dentist who quickly (within an hour) said that I required a molar root-canal (the exact site of the filling that Dr. Mastis treated), and referred me to an endodontist to have it treated on the SAME DAY (a Friday afternoon, no less)!! I wouldn't recommend Dr. Mastis to my worst enemy!!! Please, please PLEASE do not go to her! She made me feel like a whiner, and didn't take my complaints seriously.
