I was having a lot of pain walking and this office was able to fit me in on the same day shortly before they closed. It's a very clean, modern designed facility. The only downside of this place was that the TV in the main lobby plays pretty loudly and when you get to the back waiting rooms, the music they play is blaring and really distracting. I had a hard time trying to hear myself or try to explain my symptoms to the doctor because I thought that the music/radio was distracting. They checked to see if I had any bone spurs and had me do an x-ray, which I didn't think was necessary, because I wasn't in that sort of pain. I've seen many podiatrists over the years as I've had surgeries for ingrown toenails. I also have a circulatory disease called chronic venous insufficiency, which I've also had multiple surgeries. Since I was the last appointment, I felt as if the doctor was rushing me a little bit when I was trying to explain my symptoms, but he attributed it my foot pain to a stiff calf muscle. He gave me a couple of orthopedic-like shape ware to put into my shoes. I go back in a few weeks for a follow up appointment, but I'm still not 100% better. We'll see what happens.

He was very kind and thorough explaining what I was experiencing. Post traumatic arthritis. No shots, no surgery, just good old fashioned rest with having to keep my foot in a splint and applying Voltaren 3 times a day did the job!!! Sometimes we just have to listen to our doctors people!!! I had ex rays, talked to the doctor and he told me to come back in two weeks; that would give them time to get authorization for surgery. I get a call a day before my next appointment saying they don't take my insurance. So, for two weeks I could have been looking for another Podiatrist and getting my foot taken care of. I call today to get my ex rays and they won't give them to me without $15.00. The girl I was talking to was sooo Rude. What they did was wrong. They didn't verify insurance and they are legally supposed to give me my $40.00 back. I was misinformed that my ins. was accepted and charged a co pay as a result. FYI, their website still says they take my insurance.
