I got little to no relief from pain and immobility issues through these 6 physical therapists. I've been working with Jeanette over the last several months and can report she is incredibly knowledgeable, an excellent evaluator, and has improved my overall mobility (and attitude) as well as helped reduce pain. The staff is professional, polite and good natured. I am not a paid endorser - just an old dude grateful to have found someone who "gets" what I am going through. Other physical therapy practices, see you for 20 minutes, then give you a handout with exercises and stretches that you - the patient- do at home. Don't waste your time trying this - this will not work for recovery. Check them out in Lacey. Jeanette has many years of experience, tons of knowledge and a kind heart.

2024ish : I had been a client for several years. It was a valuable resource for me with my…read moreneurodivergencies and anxiety. I needed to attend PT and was down to my last few visits for OT/PT. The owner who I was working with suggested I cease OT and attend PT with the last few visits. I truly thought she was on my side and made a good point. Unfortunately I was not in a good headspace but I thought that was a good idea. I lost my last near resource to me. I emailed her back in august (we communicated by email and never by phone) agreeing to her suggestion and why I'd want more visits and to see if she'd send it off to the insurance company because she did say she'd write a report and do that and wanted my list. At the end of the email I asked questions about what was next and if she'd email me back if visits got approved or how that would work. I know my email went through because I got the "away message." Months went by and no contact. I was dropped like a hot potato. I recently emailed her to followup (also got the "away message") and inform her of a few more details, maybe that would help me. Nothing. It hurts. I'm not sure I'd go back either. It was my only ND resource (because as we adults all know there is nothing in thurston county for adults). And now this happens. 2026: Sent email 4/30 asking about obtaining my records. Received an email from Alice 5/13 and exchanged emails over a month's time with no clear indication of when I could get them. They've gone electronic, moved, and were in a box somewhere. Owner could not access them. I would also have to pay for them. 6/3 someone told me they couldn't provide the cost until Jacqueline could physically get them and then they'd contact me with an update. I'm pretty sure they lied to me like everyone else does to me. I sent an email 7/6 checking on this status, no response. It's now 8/3 and have heard zilch from them. You will never be a valued patient with this place. They lie and shouldn't be in operation. at this point I should get my records for free.

don't let my rating fool you into thinking this is a bad place. I've been seen there for around 4…read moremonths at the time of this writing and this was in regards to medication management. my service provider has been very helpful, extremely knowledgeable as well as clear and concise in our dealings. why the low rating? it's all in regards to billing and payment. during the initial paperwork for intake I read the whole thing through and found that it stated they'd be keeping a credit/debit card on file and would bill services immediately, without any contact or providing a receipt. I get that no one wants to be left swinging in the breeze without payment but, this has bothered me every time it's come up. I've elected to pay cash with this business and they don't seem to have an immediate problem with that but, here it comes.... when they call to say your bill come to "insert amount here" and can we please have a card number to get it taken care of. I decline and say I'll bring cash over. then I get asked, "will that be today or at your next appointment?" and followed up with I'll add a note to your account. also, my insurance tends to take a few weeks to get the bill through the system and let the provider know what they can charge. this place has collected from me before that process has been completed. all of this just seems odd to me. if it weren't for the incredible interactions with my service provider I'd be going elsewhere because of the billing.

When I…read morewas making my appointment I was told that if I wanted a female therapist I would have to wait much longer to see one. I honestly couldn't wait as I was dealing with the loss of my son and needed help badly, I just needed someone who could help me. Here we are over six months into my therapy and so much has changed. When I originally came in I had a list of things that I felt I needed addressed, and then we finished the first target of therapy. Something happened that I wasn't expecting. So many layers of my onion brain were slowly being peeled back and unfolding. I could not have made it this far without the help of my therapist James Truesdell. He has a soft, patient tone that is so comforting and easy during your healing process. He made me feel safe every time and was always concerned about my overall well being. I would see him time and time again, highly recommend.
