In addition, I was very happy that he was able to take the curio to his workplace to do the repairs because with our large, very protective dog, it would have been difficult to have this work done in my house. I'm truly impressed with how he restored the curio to its original condition. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY…read more One of the most unprofessional experiences I've ever had with a handyman service. I scheduled an appointment specifically to have a TV mounted with the wires concealed. I explained exactly what I needed ahead of time through Yelp Messenger, so there should have been absolutely no confusion about the scope of the job. The day of the appointment, they started texting me asking the same questions I had already answered--all of which were clearly visible in our Yelp conversation. Then they actually showed up without the equipment or materials needed to conceal the wires and told me they couldn't complete the job. So why show up in the first place? If you knew exactly what the job required before the appointment, there is no excuse for arriving completely unprepared to do it. This was a complete waste of my time and an incredibly frustrating experience from start to finish. If you're looking to have a TV professionally mounted and your wires concealed, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Based on my experience, I would never use Tony's Handyman again.
