He was very competitive and he included a small amount of gutter that was required. In addition, some of the roof had shakes underneath the old asphalt shingles and his pricing on adding sheathing was also competitive. After getting two other quotes, I chose Lambert because of the cost and warranty. They came out expeditiously and gave me an in-depth description of the issue, the cause, and how to properly fix it. Alex worked with me on the price because of the increased cost and when my wife didn't like the shade of the shingle, they changed it on the day of without any hesitation. When I mentioned this to the owner, he questioned whether or not I was telling the truth! He asked if he could see my house cameras, to see if what I was saying was accurate. The bottom line is this, there are a lot of companies that go out with detergent and soft wash houses. This owner and his employees are not the ones you want working at your property.

So, I went with a different company this year. The good news: A Fuller Service came when they said they would; their price ($200ish) for my house seemed reasonable; and their female receiptionist was very friendly. The bads news: First, they are impossible to get ahold of on the phone. I called during their business hours at least 8 times over the course of several weeks and never once got to talk to a real person despite pushing "1". Only leaving phone messages worked. Second, when I booked my appointment I was given a window of a couple of weeks for them to contact me with a final date when they would show up. When they did send me the date, it was in a text message and the message errorenously didn't list the date! I called them back to confirm but, you guessed it... phone message. Third, when they showed up the first time they forgot to do the gutters on my garage. That really bugs me, as I specifically mentioned it during booking and the receptionist told me that she left a note in the file. Upon seeing the garage roof gutters dirty, I called to complain but you guessed it... phone message. The did come back after to correct it. So, I dunno. If you don't mind leaving phone messages AND you are home when they arrive so you can point out things they will miss (despite telling them in advance to focus on) the process should be smooth. But I found it frustrating.

Said he "got it this time". Again, it was STILL leaking. He refused to return & do the job I paid CASH for. He should be ashamed of himself for taking advantage of a single mom. Do NOT recommend for roof repairs. He didn't refund my money for not actually doing what he was hired to do.
