Seneca has worked periodically on my house, making constant improvements and refurbishments, for over 2 years. What started out initially as a new deck and exterior siding project quickly transitioned into a full kitchen and interior remodel, once I became comfortable and confident in his abilities. Over this period Seneca essentially transformed my 70's styled home that my grandfather built into a cool beach house with modern amenities. I'm out of town often and finding someone I could trust, let alone do the work when it needed to be done, was challenging. Out of all the contractors I contacted it was Seneca who was the most responsive, honest, straightforward, and practical. I found my communication with Seneca to be excellent and with no hidden agenda or upselling. I also found the quality and care of the work, his problem-solving abilities, and his patience working with me to be outstanding. I am a professional engineer and very particular and demanding with how work is performed and how the end result looks. I can honestly say that I could never have done the same level and quality of work that Seneca performed for me. I am extremely happy with all of his work performed. I am also extremely happy with the excellent solutions he produced as there were many problem-solving obstacles with nearly every project we initiated. Additionally, I felt Seneca went above and beyond his duties by agreeing to do non-contractor related stuff at my residence while I was away (such as letting a washer repairman in the house to repair the washer or stopping by to check on a new dishwasher issue, even when Seneca wasn't even working on my house at the time). He could have easily said he was busy, which I'm sure he was, but somehow, he would satisfy all my requests. I highly recommend Seneca for any home project. He is honest, responsive, straightforward, trustworthy, an excellent problem solver, cares about his work, cares about you, and is a great guy. Brian

Darby's Tile Works is the best! My wife and I recently purchased a townhome in Seaside and had the…read morekitchen cabinets resurfaced and a new countertop installed. We thought we'd be able to keep the old tile backsplash, but it had to be removed when the new countertops were installed. We don't have a relationship with any local contractors, so we turned to Google and found Darby's Title Works. After viewing some of their pictures online and being very impressed with their work, I gave them a call. Darby was quick to respond, met me onsite (around my schedule), and provide an estimate while onsite at his initial visit. He and his better half (his lovely wife Amber) were a joy to work with; friendly, honest and reliable. We couldn't be happier with the quality of work performed. New windows, indoor shiplap siding and new flooring. They also went above and beyond by putting together my new outdoor patio furniture for it. It's like having an extra room. Also they had to replace the entire siding on the eastside of the house along with a new window. Then painted the whole house with fresh paint. They hung all my Christmas lights and blow ups too!
