As others have…read morestated on other websites, they only work a few hours a day, don't show up for many days, have very poor quality and take your money and run. I hired this company in 2020 to do a bathroom remodel and replace our woodwork. We had to continually have work redone. They increased the frame size in all my windows which has now caused my custom shades to be 1" narrower than the frame, showing the window on both sides. When they installed our new porcelain tub, they dropped a tool on it and left a large chip. We explained the tub needed replacing or it needed to be re-glazed. They hired a contractor to "paint" our tub, which after 3 uses bubbled. Coast infinity would not respond for correction of this issue as they had received my final payment. In fact, they claimed to have not received my final payment so I sent the payment thru Venmo at their promise to return my check. They cashed the check and would not return the $2500 overpayment. I have now received a judgment against them for this overpayment.

Seneca has worked periodically on my house, making constant improvements and refurbishments, for over 2 years. What started out initially as a new deck and exterior siding project quickly transitioned into a full kitchen and interior remodel, once I became comfortable and confident in his abilities. Over this period Seneca essentially transformed my 70's styled home that my grandfather built into a cool beach house with modern amenities. I'm out of town often and finding someone I could trust, let alone do the work when it needed to be done, was challenging. Out of all the contractors I contacted it was Seneca who was the most responsive, honest, straightforward, and practical. I found my communication with Seneca to be excellent and with no hidden agenda or upselling. I also found the quality and care of the work, his problem-solving abilities, and his patience working with me to be outstanding. I am a professional engineer and very particular and demanding with how work is performed and how the end result looks. I can honestly say that I could never have done the same level and quality of work that Seneca performed for me. I am extremely happy with all of his work performed. I am also extremely happy with the excellent solutions he produced as there were many problem-solving obstacles with nearly every project we initiated. Additionally, I felt Seneca went above and beyond his duties by agreeing to do non-contractor related stuff at my residence while I was away (such as letting a washer repairman in the house to repair the washer or stopping by to check on a new dishwasher issue, even when Seneca wasn't even working on my house at the time). He could have easily said he was busy, which I'm sure he was, but somehow, he would satisfy all my requests. I highly recommend Seneca for any home project.
