Donna at Art Cleaners is the best. She is thoughtful, detail oriented and personable. I never imagined that going to the dry cleaners would be a nice experience, but thanks to Donna I use dry cleaning services now more than ever. I trust her and am grateful she is a part of our local community. read more

Ripped the metal tag off a $1200 pair of McQueen sweatpants. I splurged and bought myself a very expensive pair of sweatpants made in Italy when I was in San Francisco. This is purchase was uncharacteristic of me. I do not usually spend this much on an item of clothing, so when I dropped them off, I actually mentioned to the woman behind the desk how expensive they were. We joked about it. So I was astonished to find the metal tag that's riveted onto the left leg had been ripped off while they were being cleaned. To make things worse, I played phone tag for four days with the customer service manager, who then tried to blame the manufacturer for not securing the tag, instead of admitting that they had damaged my property. read more

Tori is absolutely the best! I accidentally dropped off the wrong suit for a wedding and didn't realize it until the day before we were leaving town. Tori quickly expedited the correct suit for us and made the whole process seamless. She was kind, professional, and reassured me that we would get the suit back in time(even though it was my fault). We'll definitely be customers here for life! read more

I feel it is hard to find a reliable and environmentally run clothes cleaners that also does a good job with cleaning the clothing. We go to ART cleaners in Lafayette and while they are a bit pricey, we do feel that our items that we take there are well taken care of. Most of the time we see Donna at this location. She's always very friendly, efficient and helpful, read more

I do not recommend. They recently put a hole in a near new cashmere sweater and would not do anything about it. In about March of 2017 after winter, I brought my sweaters to be cleaned. I picked them up a few weeks later, but left them hanging in the plastic until September. I did not need them until the weather turned cold enough to wear them again. When I took out my black sweater, I noticed the hole. I brought it back and they said I waited too long. Very convenient. They had the record that I had my sweaters cleaned but would still do nothing. Not even refund my cleaning bill. This was the manager that said this and it was conveyed to me by one of the staff, who was very nice. This will be the last time I use them and if you have clothing that you value, you will be taking a risk using them as well. read more

Fast friendly service. I don't dry clean much but trust them when I do. They also do alteration.

Traveling through Boulder. Art Cleaners has good people who do a great job. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

I first heard about Art Cleaners when my previous employer used them to dry clean our uniforms. I never had any issues with them at that time but I know they were constantly mixing up other peoples uniforms when they would receive them back. When I changed employers, I continued using Art Cleaners to dry clean my uniforms. The manager is nice but I've been disappointed over & over again with the service so much that I will never be going back. I started going there on my own in January 2018 & have repeatedly asked them to crease the patches on my uniform shirt weekly whenever I drop off/pick up. From January to March, they were only creased 3 times even though I asked for it to be done every few days. The manager offered me a discount one time for the business failing to do their job. All other times, she still charged me full price & didn't apologize. I have been going to a different cleaning service business that charges a couple dollars more but the guaranteed service is worth it. I wouldn't waste your money here with so many other dry cleaning services around. read more

I can't say enough about how disappointing this overpriced, not on site cleaners is. took in a coupon with order, didn't get the credit. took in several sweaters, still covered in pills and...I'm pretty sure they didn't even clean at least one. just folded it in paper and returned it. for $15. try the place on so. public and so boulder. ...also not in house, but super nice, not a chain...just tried arts because I thought with an expensive sweater I should go to am expensive cleaners. hah. lesson learned read more

Art cleaners is the best dry cleaners I have tried and become loyal to, here in Colorado. Their prices are reasonable and customer service is amazing! Our puppy got into a lot of chocolate after escaping from her crate at a few months old and I ended up taking everything from clothes in the laundry room to our master bed comforter, shams, and even our sofa cushion covers to my local art cleaners. At this time I was already enrolled in their home pick up and delivery program, but aside from that, the male employee that was working that day when I came in crazed, frustrated, and worried sick as my dog was in the emergency under IVs and x-rays really helped and did his job well. Art cleaners always reaches out to me when I haven't been around in awhile with a coupon and sometimes even calls to make sure they didn't do anything wrong that caused my absence. I always receive my clothes and sometimes my household items on my front door looking better than ever! Glad to be giving my service to a hard-working and friendly cleaners! read more

I brought 3 dress shirts here just to find out right before a meeting that none of them had buttons anymore. They were half way broken or missing all together not only on one of the shirts but all three, all the buttons... ALL of them. That was the first and last time I used them. I now make a point to warn people so they don't get their expensive clothes ruined here. read more
