He is very vocal in what he is doing and really wants your experience to be as stress free and comfortable as possible. The daytime receptionist is extremely friendly and pleasant (I believe Jacqueline?) I like that they have evening appointments until 8pm twice a week (mondays and tuesdays). It's really helpful for those of us who work days during the week. Lets face it... we all hate going to the dentist. It's not the most pleasant experience you can have. But Dr Wolle and Whyte Ave Dental Centre make it as comfortable as a dentist visit can get. I always recommend this office to people I know who are seeking a dentist.

Prior to her, I had some doozies of a dentist ( one who told me I had a rotten tooth and it needed pulling. I still have that tooth and it is in great shape ). Another dentist I had told me in 5 yrs I will need dentures ( I still have all my teeth ). So when I went to this office, I was apprehensive. Long story short... she saved the tooth. Since then she is the only dentist I would ever trust to work on my mouth. Her staff are amazing and take great care with their patients. Her practice has expanded quite a bit but the service is still the same. they tell you straight out and do not recommend any work that does not need to be done. If I could recommend a dentist, it is this practice. And that my friends is the tooth and nothing but the tooth !

After we were done I was put into a side room full of merchandise and was trying to be talked into buying a very expensive electric toothbrush. I kept saying I would think about it, after about 5-10 mins trying to push this product in me they finally stopped and took me to pay my bill. Second time I needed a retainer replaced for my front bottom teeth. Thought everything went well till a couple of hours later I started getting a very bad headache. Thought nothing of it. After a couple of day I went back to get the retainer readjusted. Took two separate visits till it was done right, instantly the headaches went away. About a month later the retainer broke off of my tooth and cut my tongue, so I took it out myself and threw it away. My third visit was for a cleaning and check up. All went well till the billing. They put I through and as I was about to leave I checked to see what they charged me for. Two procedures on the bill they didn't do, X-rays and fluoride. I brought this to their attention and I was told, "we'll get you next time". I believe that is insurance fraud, but what ever. Let's just say I found a new dentist in the area. Super happy now.

Please do your homework & don't be fooled by their sweet talking front staff .... BEWARE OF THIS ESTABLISHMENT - we only get one set of teeth & I would NEVER recommend this office to anyone!!

However, when she left and moved out of province I protested in the only completely unreasonable way I could - I pretty much didn't go to the dentist for about 6 years. If you get a good hygienist you're golden - but theres a couple I would like to avoid like the plague. The only reason I still go here is because switching dentists seems like a ton of work.

He was friendly, patient, gentle, and performed cleanings himself... And you know what? He passed on his practice to someone just like him! Dr. Luu and her team are phenomenal! In addition to their expertise in the field, their sweet personalities are very reassuring. They are kind and understanding and go the extra mile to ensure their patients feel cared for. A recent example is when I had a checkup and cleaning with my then five-week old in tow. It was still very stressful to get out of the house and I was not sure if I'd be on time (I wasn't) or if he'd scream during the appointment (He did). With a little bit of notice, they were willing to accommodate our needs and also followed up with a phone call the next day to make sure I was okay. I was indeed okay (despite the news of the three cavities that had appeared in six months) and booked two follow-up appointments to get those taken care of. Bridgeview Dental's staff provides professional and friendly care - they take time to explain things, never rush through cleanings or procedures, and even when you're coming for a filling, manage to make you smile!
