Strawberry mojito
Cristin N.

This is an eclectic experience. You're not coming here for classical fine art, or for the most hip cocktail of your life. But it is something you can't find everywhere. They have a minimum per person spend of 60 pesos. You can get a soda for that price if you want to get something for the entrance fee. The mojitos and margaritas are HUGE and take a while to finish so if you get one the value is there. I think my mojito was 30+ oz. The owners start working on your elaborate drinks while you stroll the property, they have decking that winds through the sculpture garden. There are cactus all over. The bathroom is a hut. Yep the saloon doors don't quite close. But you're at a roadside bar. The staff brought us chips with pineapple on top which was a better combo than I anticipated. The whole place is a fun curiosity.

Amazing drinks, when I came they had very good energy welcoming us here and then provided us with amazing drinks and chips that were bomb. Definitely would recommend

Yep, as tasty as they look!

Stoped here on my way to Todos and so happy we did. Over the years it's become a staple for travelers making their way up and down the coast. Same owners and same smiles. Drinks are on point, served with a smile and it never hurts to have a beer to go

What can I say about this place.... interesting! All my friends were drinking, I was not, so entry fee for me was 60 pecos. Yet I wasn't offered a water

A unique great experience. Drinks are fresh and huge from scratch. Awesome spot. Welcoming hosts made our visit great. One of a kind experience. Reasonable price - definitely worth a stop. Only closed on Mondays. Make it a deestination!!

Great place to stop on the way from Cabo to La Paz. Fabulous fresh drinks! Service always friendly and always offer a "road beer". If you don't stop here, you are missing out on a great experience!

Pina colada and blueberry mojito!
Kaitlyn R.

Stopped by on a holiday weekend during COVID. Drinks are HUGE! My delicious blueberry mojito was the equivalent of 5 drinks. My husband ordered a pina colada which was served in half a pineapple and the owner came by to continually refill his pineapple, she literally was serving him an entire pitcher of pina colada. Not bad for $10 USD at all! Very interesting art, you can tell everything here is a labor of love from a couple who is warm and hospitable to people they like, and probably don't give two fucks for the people who they don't want to have at their establishment (I read some of the negative reviews and found them hilarious). Highly recommend in route to Todos Santos if you're looking for an interesting diversion and have an hour or so to enjoy a delicious drink. Don't come here if you are in a rush, can't hold your alcohol or are cheap. PS. we also got a FREE plate of delish ceviche and chips!

Pina mojito!

Pina mojito the size of Rhode Island. $100 peso beers. It says Art & Beer. Sinatra and Buble playing on the sound system. That's the story. Thanks to the great staff here for the fresh & delicious courtesy clams!! You have to like large installation eco-art to "get" this place, and we are happy we stopped. NB: cash only, 60 peso minimum per person.

Was apprehensive after reading reviews but this place was great. Owners were both kind and hospitable, drinks were good. Overall a hidden gem. Yes, they do have a minimum purchase per person but reasonable considering the uniqueness of it. Four of us all enjoyed it.

This place is really relaxing. Drinks are huge! All fresh. I was thinking at first there was very little liquor in them, but man it sneaks up on you. The staff and owners are very accommodating. Very unique stop!

The only thing inviting is the sign. The proprietor was rude and unfriendly. Don't bother.

Must visit when in the area. Mojito and ceviche are highly recommended. The owners will always treat you well.

Very little art, very expensive drinks. 3$ waters. Would never return here. The keyboard music was atrocious.

This has been a regular stop for us over the past 9 years. Our vacation to the Baja would not be complete without Art & Beer!

Love me some Sand Bar!!! Right over the beach, great staff, good food (see below), and they rescue…read moredogs!! The owner has over 100 dogs at his farm he rescues .. at any time there are free roaming dogs special to the owner that he's rescued around the restaurant. You can buy bacon for them at the bar to feed them so they can enjoy and continue to live their best life. At the entrance, there's a place to donate to their dog rescue campaign. can't tell you how much that means to me and how cute these little little dogs are! you have to stop by even if just to feed the dogs bacon, although the octopus appetizer is the best I've ever had!!

Be aware! This place is racist!!…read more Our family is Asian and went on 3/25. The service and drink was great, so we decided to come back the next day. However, the second visit was completely different. As soon as we sat on the front row loungers, the server looked unhappy and told us there was a $40 minimum per person. I was like I didn't hear anything about that the day before, but I said okay since we were planning to have lunch anyway. Later, I noticed some white customers sitting in the same area, so I asked if they were told about the minimum. They all said no. When I asked the server why only my family was told, he looked nervous and said he needed to check with the manager. That didn't make sense--if it's a policy, why check? When he came back, he then told the other (white) customers about the $40 minimum, and several of them left right away. It felt like the manager realized they had no choice but to enforce the rule after I questioned it. The whole experience felt very unfair and uncomfortable.
