Bought my first motorcycle from here. Yamaha MT 03. I traveled 2.5 hours from where I live cause everything in Broward Co and Miami is just over priced. I got the best price without having to negotiate. Then I was able to get even a little bit more off of that for an OTD price I didn't think was possible. What a great deal! I dealt with the sales manager Maelin. She was so kind and professional in person. The deal was sealed before I arrived and once I did, it was a smooth and easy purchase. Well worth the trip! I would buy here again and highly recommend this hidden gem. Thank u Maelin and Mike!

Tools left everywhere! That screwdriver is supposed to be red...shows how much this stuff sits outside despite them saying it won't

My husband took our canam 4 wheeler to this dealer for service. He made an appointment ahead of time because they said they only take so many at once so they don't sit outside. They were supposed to perform the 100 hour service and check the rear differential that was leaking. They also claimed the belt needed to be changed so my husband simply asked for the old belt they took off to see just how bad it was that they recommended this extra $250 service. It took them over a month to get the work done and when he picked it up found tools still stuck to the bike and the seat cover is completely ruined from sitting in the sun (which they promised it would not). The belt they took off looks brand new and there's still fluid all over the rear end from the leaking that they never even cleaned. He drove an hour each way just to take the bike there and was forced to pay over $770 for service on a ruined bike. A dealer should return the bike in better condition than when it went there, not worse. Even better, we ordered a Northstar Ultimate 2 months ago we've been waiting for. Of course, after giving them every opportunity to make the bad service right and ARS refusing to do anything to correct what they ruined my husband posted a detailed account on his Facebook page to protect our friends from being subjected to the same experience. The owner of the dealer is such a phenomenal businessman he thought it was better to cancel our $33,000 order with them because of the Facebook post rather than own the mistake and correct the service. It's a shame, all he had to do was replace a seat they ruined and they'd not only have a corrected review but also $33,00 more in their pockets.

Rip-off!! For the shipping of accessories, I was given an estimate of 70 dollars. In the end, I had to pay 250 !!

My son's Indian Scout has been sitting there for nearly 3 months for a basic repair (front brake lever and rear brake pedal). That is unacceptable for something this minor. What's worse is the complete lack of communication. I've called multiple times, waited on hold, and was told someone would call me back--specifically Mike. I left messages and received zero follow-up. The only time we were able to get any information was when we finally reached Michael, who said the part was backordered--but then again, no updates, no follow-through, nothing. Let me be clear: delays happen. But ignoring customers does not. The level of service we received during the purchase was excellent, which makes this even more frustrating. Right now, the service department is damaging the reputation the sales team worked hard to build. At this point, I am requesting:     *    A clear and honest status update on the parts and repair     *    A realistic completion timeline     *    Consistent communication moving forward If this cannot be resolved immediately, I will escalate this further and share this experience across additional platforms. I would strongly prefer to update this review with a positive resolution--but that depends on how quickly this is addressed.

Absolutely horrible experience. If there was a "0" that is how BMS of Hobe Sound would be rated. I…read morepurchased a new Indian MC from a dealer in north Florida, and needed a first time oil change. I was advised by the Manager at BMS if I didn't get the oil change by BMS it would void the warranty. I dropped the bike off Dec 18th, 2025 and was advised they were short handed on mechanics and it would be a few weeks for completion. With the holidays approaching I did not bat an eye. Weeks go bye and I hear nothing. I called only to be sent to voicemail. No one ever followed up with me. After several calls into the business I was able to get a response on the status of the bike. I was advised the service rep who handled my bike left on vacation for a month and no one took over his core responsibilities . Finally I picked the bike up Jan 21st. In speaking with the rep he gave me a bill totaling over $600 for an oil change, a reset ref the starting code for the bike and to check the rear tire as the PSI dropped to 14 psi while in route to their shop on Dec 18th. . Being shocked by the bill for a basic oil change and a five minute job to reset the starting code I questioned the amount with the manager. I was told the owners have changed their rates to $200 an hour for service and the work completed merited this price. This is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!! A day later while checking the bike I see a screw in the rear tire. I immediately contacted the manager to advise of the situation and to tell him I specifically asked for the tire to be checked. I also sent him a photo of the tire, which he replied,"Yes, that looks like its been worn down a bit. This should of been checked." I advised him of the safety concern due to a possible blow out while traveling over an hour from his business to my home. The manager stated he would follow up with his tech and get back with me. In speaking with him he stated, " I checked the video and my tech checked the tire. Of course you think this is not factual, but there is nothing we can do for you." The lack of professionalism, outstanding cost and allowing for a bike to leave their business with a screw in the tire could of been a disaster on I-95. I worn everyone to avoid this business and to boycott BMS of Hobe Sound.

Kevin is a good guy, absolutely zero pressure to buy, he let me test ride the bike as many times as I needed, taught me some things I didn't know about the model, and made the whole process easier than any other dealer I've been too. No need for a trip to the DMV they handle everything in their office. The price was great, you won't be scammed with any ridiculous extra fees unlike almost every other motorcycle dealer in the area. The environment and whole experience is super laid back and really couldn't be any better.

My usual habit when getting work done is to leave the scooter with them and walk down the street to Starbucks for some coffee. This time I brought my wife with me with the expectation of "cruising" by the beach after the repair. We both got there, they had the tire, BUT the mechanic informed me he was leaving at noon (and the front desk knew that) and I would have to leave it until Tuesday... which is not what I was told on the phone. I don't mind things taking longer or having to be done at later times, this is something that should've been communicated before I drove out there with the expectation of the repair being done today. Time wasted. Afternoon derailed. I will now be using another shop in town (Pro-Tech Automotive) for all future maintenance and repairs. #HowToLoseARegularCustomer

Service departments SUCKS. I brought a Polaris RZR 1000 with the problem of it running poorly…read more Asked them to use their Polaris Digital Wrench Computer to diagnose the problem for $110. They then gave me a $1000 bill saying the valve time was off by 3 teeth. Also, my drive belt was bad, which they showed me and it was. They never called me with a quote for doing that work. That is an issue in itself, but it gets worse. They did a compression check and said it was good, which was written on the work order. However, it is impossible to have good compression with valve time being off. Also, I knew it was not off because I checked that along with many other things before bringing it to be diagnosed. They called 4 weeks later and said it was all fixed and runs great, they also wrote that on the work order as well. I get there to pick it up and it runs the same as when I dropped it off. The mechanic, and I use that term loosely, said it ran great yesterday I don't know why it is running bad now. Left the machine there for another 5 weeks and I called once every week to check on it and the service manager, Leonard said, yes we have been working on it and he would check with the mechanic and call me back, which he never did. Finally, they told me they couldn't figure out the problem because the RZR was too modified. Which I guess a full HMF exhaust system and stage 2 Hot Cams are too modified for them. Very disappointed, I would not let them work on my bicycle. The only slightly nice thing I will say about them is that they must have agreed with me that the valve timing story was not possible, because they did take 2 hours of labor off without any fight. So it cost me $750 and two months to get a new belt. Which is a 20-minute job that I have done on the side of a trail in the past. Also, they store your machine outside in a dirt parking lot, the bike was spotless when I brought it in, and when I got it back it looked like it had been used in a war. They did not even wipe it down.
