They arrived in 20 & assessed the issue as a dead, unrechargable battery. I didn't dare turn the car off & asked him to wait around for a couple mins. so I could go find my receipt for the battery, which he gladly did. I successfully drove to the auto parts store to get it replaced. They tested & confirmed the Mr. Quickpick tech's analysis as accurate. So instead of taking 90 min. just to arrive for a battery jump, I had a new battery in place and was on my way!! Problem solved! Definitely recommend this company.

I ended up working with Karen who moved mountains to help us ( even though she was at a kiddos BDay party ).. Karen had us taken care of with an awesome driver who showed up, had the boat loaded and on the way to our hotel inside an hour! Then Karen followed up make sure we got to the hotel and even followed up the next day to make sure we had everything good to get back on the road to SC..
