They will go above and beyond to assist you in the process of lying on your lien to ensure it goes through. The lovely folks at ARS assisted a mechanic that I hired to RESTORE my vehicle with filing a lien on my car. They lied about the date the vehicle came into his possession, the value of the car and the services that were provided. I am only finding out about this lien over 6 months later and with no help from them. They are incapable of providing me with the paperwork they claimed they mailed to my home because they didn't. I love this shop for taking care of my registration! They are always friendly and much quicker than the dmv. I have been coming here for the last few years to renew. There is generally maybe a customer or two in line before me at times, but most of the time no line (no matter what time of the day I come by). I especially love that they are family owned... nothing like supporting a good quality family owned business. Great place and well worth the fee. Needed to update our motorcycle registration to include my husband and thought it would be pretty simple. HAH! Nothing is simple with CA DMV and good luck trying to find any answers on the website.
