I know, anyone else could've easily taken advantage of the opportunity with a diagnosis, service call, and expenses. But, not these owners. They helped me over the phone and even followed up, to make sure my issue got resolved. This was the second time I had to reach out to them. The first time was a few years back, in which they helped me out too. I do my own pool maintenance, but without a doubt, I would definitely have them clean and maintain my pool if I ever decide to call it quits. Good to know there are good honest businesses out there and not everyone just looking to make a quick buck. Thank you guys so much!!!

I knew I didn't want to take the time to repaint all the tile every year so we decided to have the tile sandblasted. I called 5 companies. Barry arrived and I'm so glad I called him. He is profession, personable and has decades of pool experience. Rather than trying to get the job, he gave me an idea to see if the idea of blasting the paint off would work...and it did. He and his wife did the job. They are friendly, show up on time, communicate the process and have a tremendous work ethic. I am very grateful that we found them.

His technicians came in my back yard without announcing themselves. I contacted the owner as the inspectors said we would receive an update. I then called the owner and he stated that they only repair in ground pools and spas. I asked him then why did he send someone and charge me a fee if he knew they don't repair those types of issues. He stated I "wanted" an inspection, despite knowing I have an above ground spa. This type of business practice for any business let alone a new business is dishonest. The owner was very argumentative and very unprofessional. He also stated we can leave a negative review as he can get them removed. ****** Your response to my review are all lies. Payne clearly told me they only service in ground pools and spas only after you "inspected " and took the fee. I was very upfront with known information including that I have an above ground free standing spa. Payne's unprofessional behavior clearly shows how you do business. Those type of business practices are downright fraudulent and deceptive.

Stay away--sales-driven company with terrible weekly maintenance…read more I hired Priority Pools based on their high ratings, and over the course of more than a month under their care, my pool was green with algae. Key Issues: Constant Upselling: Right after onboarding, they tried to sell me unnecessary overhauls--including a new saltwater cell, completely missing that my pool already had a one-year-old salt system running. Poor Tech Knowledge & Reporting: The technician assigned to my weekly route didn't speak English, which doesn't have to be a problem, but he didn't seem to know I had a saltwater pool despite my messages to the company and they assured me that he was aware. Weekly reports lacked basic chemical breakdowns and only provided a photo of a meter. Weeks of Ignored Algae Blooms: Despite multiple messages alerting them to worsening algae over several weeks, proper testing (like CYA) wasn't done until a company leader flagged it when called me after I notified them I was cancelling. Offering free service doesn't fix persistent bad service. I had to hire outside help just to restore my pool. Look past the marketing and check their most recent 1-star reviews before hiring them. I don't take this review or my experience lightly, I don't do bad reviews.
