We put in an order for the water heater we wanted. Lowe's told us we would get our Military Discount when the installation company Dragonfly picked up and installed the Water Heater. Dragonfly contacted us within minutes of placing the order at the store and told us not to purchase the water heater from Lowe's because they would do the pickup of the water heater and bring it to our house. They wanted us to leave Lowe's right away and take pictures and send them to Dragonfly. They then said a technician would meet us to do this. They then said they would bring a water heater from Lebanon to install. It was not the one we wanted. We told them the one we wanted was at the St. Robert store. They kept telling us it was not in stock. We told them we would go with them to show them it was available. The technician agreed to do this and Dragonfly called him and refused permission for him to do this. He then said they had it in stock at Lebanon and he was going to get it. We needed a water heater that day and they knew this. So they brought a water heater they already had and was not the one we wanted and began the installation. The technician then proceeded to break the main water pipe. He ran upstairs to frantically inquire where was the location of the water shut off. We went downstairs to find an inch of water covering the entire laundry room. We grabbed as many towels as possible and started mopping up water. The technician called other technicians to look for a Shop-Vac. He said a technician was on the way and he was helping with the clean-up at this point. We called our son in law and he came over right away with his Shop-Vac and started helping. The technician then quit helping clean up the water which had spread to the carpet in the hallway and the family room. Another technician showed up. He also did not have a Shop-Vac and didn't help with the clean-up. So, we got a water heater we didn't choose, a mess of water damaged carpet and furniture that was sitting in the water, and they refused to give us the military discount the store said they would. Dragonfly refused to compensate anything for the clean up and the water damage and Lowe's says it's not their fault. They each keep sending us back to the other one in a round robin giving us no help or compensation. Neither wants to take responsibility for the mess they created!

The washer stopped agitating. Called and talked to Steve, he said he talked to PK, who said she'd see about getting a service truck out. Never did. So we go in to pay on our bedroom set and ask about the service on the washer. She informed me she couldn't because Tammy never even offered the customer plus service. Then told me that this washer has a 10 year manufacturer warranty. Another lie. The conservator series by whirlpool does NOT have any warranty on it. At allllll. So... Avoid rent one for appliances. If you do get them, get the full scam package. Ugh. Soooo mad!!!!!! Not even TRYING to make it right. Also, said manager, Tammy, was fired. This should be made right. It wouldn't hurt them. But it certainly hurt me and I will tell EVERYONE and I know a LOT OF PEOPLE.

They start calling the day the payment is due before 10:30 am. If I don't answer on Saturday, they call all my contacts/references. Regardless of the grace period to pay from 3 days of due date. I have until Monday, 6 pm before a late fee is charged. Each time I've gone in to make a payment, they make me stand there and wait while there computer/internet comes on. For minutes. No small talk, no how is your day. Nothing. And to this day, they all act like they've never seen me before and its my first time coming in. I've been charged different amounts and I only realized why when I paid over the phone 1 day. If they don't change the option in THERE system it will automatically choose the pay with fee...the fee is waived when you pay in person. I haven't been charged different since learning this. I called on a Thursday to request a note be put on my account advising I would be in there to make my payment between Friday and Monday. I was told, they can't make a note until the payment is due...they called me the next morning, Friday, at 10:22 am. Absurd.

First, I called before heading there just to make sure they were still open since they haven't had any reviews in awhile and I'm not familiar with the area. The lady on the phone was super nice! When I got there, I didn't realize I would be entering into a treasure hunt of my dreams. If you're a thrifter who enjoys hunting for hidden gems, this place will exceed your exceptions because it's HUGE. When you walk in, the entire left front section is full of women's, men's, and older children's clothing all for $1. They also have hats, underwear, and swimsuits. Lining the left wall is a huge selection of dish ware, dining sets, glassware, cookware, etc. The other side of the front has furniture, baskets, and more knick-knacks that I didn't get a chance to explore. If you keep walking towards the back, there's literally anything and everything you could be on the hunt for! Their back wall is FULL of new and used shoes with a variety of sizes. They even have a room tucked away in the back right of the store solely for kids/infant clothing. Staff was super kind and inviting towards me, very informative and honestly seemed like they truly love the store they're running. I left with two vintage t-shirts and a pair of vintage Levi's for a total of $3, which is a STEAL. 10/10 recommend stopping into this place if you have time to really browse or even if you're looking for something specific, as they'll definitely have it.
