If you keep walking towards the back, there's literally anything and everything you could be on the hunt for! Their back wall is FULL of new and used shoes with a variety of sizes. They even have a room tucked away in the back right of the store solely for kids/infant clothing. I get they need to be careful but when I come in with a product and a receipt and the product is obviously broken, and I bought the items that day I should not be treated with distain. If it had only happened once I would be sure it was just an employee having a bad day, but in the last 14 years that I've lived here the handful of times I've needed to make a return. I've been treated bad each and every time. Once had a cashier ring up a gift card. She told me the gift card didn't work and she kept that gift card and grabbed a 2nd gift card. Come to find out I get home and I had paid for two gift cards one for the dishonest cashier and another for the grieving widow in which I was purchasing the gift card for to begin with. When I called the store and informed them of the dishonest action, they told me they could not help me in the matter.
