Not having the best Credit, these guy did all the work with the banks to get me into my 2019 Rav. Extremely grateful for all the help

I wish there was something lower than one star. my fiance had no credit and wanted to get his first car. We were there to look at what our options were and how much we were looking at for a payment we didn't even have a dollar in our pocket YET WE LEFT WITH A CAR. At first he was cool and chill explaining to my man with no credit he wasn't going to be approved for a truck like he wanted. So the salesman showed him something in his budget which was a 2016 Subaru Impreza told my man he has these cars for credit building and the payment would be 330 a month. He was telling us what we wanted to hear. When we called for insurance we were told a number which mad it so we wouldn't be able to cover everything as we had a newborn at the time. When we told the salesman that we couldnt afford the insurance so we weren't gonna move forward with the car. The salesman payed the first month of insurance himself so he could continue pushing us into the car well we left with it and have made the payment work. Here a year later I'm finding out he over sold us by 10 thousand dollars we took it to a brand dealership and they put the car through Kelly blue book and the car is only work 6 thousand at the most and he sold it to us for 16 thousand plus a 3thousand dollar warranty so we can't even trade the car in and we have already spent near to more than 2 thousand dollars on repairs and to find out the whole exhaust is rusted through. This place is a scam and we are stuck with this rust bucket cuz no bank will approve us for a loan for a car when we have to roll over 10 thousand ontop of the new car. read more

Stay far far away from here!!! I needed a car and someone recommended Arrowhead. I have limited funds, but the reality is used cars are expensive. I was shown a few cars and chose a 2013 Subaru Impreza. I asked the salesman if there was rust on the underneath of the car and he said no. I should have had him put it on a lift so I could see. I had an extensive conversation about rust so he knew that was important. I asked if he had serviced the car and he gave me a vague answer about some kind of 200 point check up. The car looked good--no obvious rust anywhere. I bought it. The asking price was 16,000. I took it to a garage to be checked, There is a lot of rust underneath. The air filter and another filter was VERY dirty. It needed an alignment and will need a new battery. I also took it in to get the alignment done and one end was so rusty they couldn't do that part of the alignment. I was lied to and ripped off big time!!! I am an older woman and I was totally taken advantage of. The guy has NO integrity and his handshake is worthless. read more

Dustin helped me so much and everyone there was so nice and informative! Jim got me all set up with insurance and was super helpful as well! They made this process so easy and truly helped me, I am a single parent and they got me in a car that is perfect for me and my kiddos! Arrowhead Motors - Car Dealers Near Me - Claremont, New Hampshire

OK, so I was looking for a side by side UTV and saw an ad for a sweet looking 2014 Polaris Rzr so I called up the number. The guy was really nice on the phone. He was like a totally cool, chill dude. The Polaris Rzr 900 was a little on the pricey side, but it was well equipped and had everything I wanted including a snow plow and a roof. I told him what I was looking to trade in my ATV and he said he'd be able to help me out. I also mentioned that Claremont was about an hour and forty minutes away and I wanted to make sure I wasn't wasting my time. He assured me I wasn't. Well... I drove the hour and forty minutes and found Arrowhead Motors and the salesman... the Rzr seemed like it was in good shape. I took it for a spin around the lot and was ready to make the deal after some deliberating. I tried talking the salesman down from the price, but he was pretty firm. I'd been looking for a couple of weeks and this one has most of what I was looking for so I decided to take the deal. Before I gave them a down payment and signed the deal, I looked up the VIN to be sure I wasn't missing anything. Well, that's when the dealership earned the lonely little one star rating. The well equipped Rzr... the pricey one.... the one that had most of what I wanted.... had a salvaged title! This was not disclosed in the listing anywhere and was not mentioned by the salesman or dealer at any point during our discussions that happened over the course of a few days. When I did a Google search for the VIN, I found this sharp looking Rzr had been sold at auction in Pennsylvania as a totaled Rzr. There was even a photo of the damaged Rzr and boy, was it jacked up. The roof was caved in the front was destroyed and the poor front right wheel was sitting on the ground next to the side by side. And they were trying to get top dollar for this thing knowing it had a salvaged title! Needless to say, I did not purchase the UTV and headed home after having wasted the good part of a day driving up there and trying to make a deal with these shysters. The moral of this review is: Don't buy from these guys because they lack integrity and will screw you if you let them. Oh, and look up the VIN when you're buying a used vehicle! read more

Horrible dealership. Shady and rude staff... They tried to get me to cash the deposit check to pay in cash the down payment on a car... One of the salesman did... Then tried to get me to look at every car other than the many we discussed on the phone before I set up appt to begin with. They talk down to you like you are stupid and try to say things that sound impkrtant but have nothing to do with cars.... Straight up lie from the get-go... I know I know, ar salesman are liars and cons but this dealerships employees take the cake in that department. Totally frustrating and disappointing experience. Especially when i went to a different car dealership the next day or couple days later and bought a car no problem... And this dealership is so shady the salesman we dealt with was trying to convince us amd explain to us how we could use the rental car as a trade-in.... What the?!?!?!? Ugh read more

Don't waste your time with this company. They are shady and crooks. I purchased a used ATV from them was told it had been recently serviced and was in good operating condition. This being my first atv purchase I really didn't know what to look out for. After the deal was done it was loaded on my trailer and off I went. While loading it on the trailer i noticed a plug in the back passenger side tire so i pointed that out to the sales man he looked and said it was fine! The next morning I unloaded it and noticed the tire was flat. I added air and took it off the trailer and the excelloratior stuck causing me to run into my truck. Then I checked the oil and air filter and found out I had been lied to oil was low and very dirty. When I checked the air filter I was shocked to see it was caked in mud and the air box was filled with mud and debris. I went back the next day to explain my findings and again was told it was gone though and fully serviced. I told them I wasn't happy and felt cheated and lied to.there response was being it back and they would look at it. I didn't feel confident or comfortable with there capability to fix the issues so I took it to my local Polaris dealer and had them do the service. They informed me that it had not been serviced in a long time. It needed a new tire and a new rim And all fluids changed and to add insult to injury the cvt belt was found to be in pretty bad shape and had to be replaced to. Had the service performed and went back to see what they would do to make things right. They looked at the bill and took a copy and said they would get back to. Three days later I still had not gotten a call back so I went back and asked if they would split the repair bill which was 746.32 and again told them I was lied to and felt ripped off there response was to bad for you! And again told if I had brought it back they would've looked at it for free, but why would I take it back after being lied to multiple times. I got cheated and stuck with the repair bill. So I worn anyone thinking of doing business with this company be very careful check everything before you make a deal they will lie and cheat just to get your money they don't care about there customers once you sign the papers you'll be on your own. I bought a 2011 Honda Civic SI from them 2 months ago. I was really excited about the car. They had me in and out in no time. That's where it all went wrong. As I pulled in my driveway (same day) I noticed a ticking coming from my back passenger side tire. I thought maybe just a rock stuck because they just put a sticker on it. I left the next day to head to work and started smelling a burning smell. I gave them a call and they told me to come down and they will take a look. At this point everything was fine when I walked in my salesman met me and told me he would take my car around out back to look at ( come to find out the sales guy was also the "mechanic") he comes out after 10 min and tells me my break pads are just a little big and they just need to be used, I thought that was very weird. So I questioned them on it. They kept saying the same thing so I brought it to a mechanic I know who told me my caliper was sticking and it's been like that for a while. I bring it back and tell them I want this fixed because they gave me a DOT STICKER without my car being actually safe, my parking break doesn't work either. Long story short the owner screamed at me telling me to suck his d*c*k. Things got much worse from there. I have filled complaints with every one I could. I'm surprised about the negative reviews about Arrowhead I've seen here. I was having some credit problems and was turned down by a few other dealerships, and didn't want to fall into the buy-here-pay=here trap. What I needed was a new rig and the chance to rebuild my damaged credit. Keith (manager) & Bob (salesman) treated me professionally and got me in a 4 year old Chevy truck with only a small down payment and a copy of my last paystub...Payments are right within the range that I told them up front. It even with a warranty! Seriously, I would recomend these guys to anyone who wants an honest deal. read more
