5/5 Stars - Incredible Wasp Removal in Baxter, TN
I can't say enough good things about Arrow Termite and Pest Solutions. Last week we discovered a serious wasp problem at our home in Baxter. There were several nests under our eaves and a huge one hidden in our shed that we had no idea was there. To make matters worse, my 5-year-old had just been stung twice, so I was pretty shaken when I called.
When I called (931) 349-5695 Tuesday morning, Wes answered the phone himself. He could tell how upset I was and immediately reassured me they could help. He promised they would come out that same afternoon--and they absolutely delivered. Their technician showed up right at 2 PM in a clearly marked Arrow vehicle.
What really stood out was how thorough and professional the entire visit was. During the inspection, they found three additional nests we had completely missed. The technician took the time to explain why the wasps were drawn to our property and what we could do to prevent this from happening again. Since we have kids and two dogs, I really appreciated that the treatment was safe for our family and pets.
Every nest was removed safely, and they also treated around our home, deck, shed, and outbuildings to keep new wasps from coming back. He even sealed entry points near our attic vents where the wasps were getting inside--something I never would've thought about.
It's been two weeks now, and we haven't seen a single wasp. My kids are finally able to play outside again without fear, and that peace of mind means everything. read more
