Nicole on the phone was like talkin to your best friend about bugs in your dang house. Then the guy that came out was right on time, SO kind and informative. He drove a nice company jeep and I have a Jeep too so that gave some points but what really made me love the company more is when he told me how small of a company it really is. There's about 5 people and 2 of them are owners. You would think maybe it's some bigger company based on how great they are and THAT many people recommending them. Love supporting a family business! They were great, fast and to deal with pests.. brave AF too.. Thank you everyone at Greys!! Xoxo ps they took care of red wasps and ants for us!

Moved to the area this year and interviewed a few companies for pest control. Dean is amazing!…read more He took care of everything and pests were gone. Flash forward 6 months and a very large rat made his way into our basement through our doggy door. We got him locked into an interior room and ended up calling Central TN back. Dean came by right away and was going to put down very large sticky traps. However, when he arrived he ended up going into the room and resolving our rat issue. He also walked around the exterior of the house and pointed out a few areas we should address with excursion mesh to keep out other rodents. Once again, Dean was amazing and resolved our issues. I definitely recommend Central TN Pest Control.

First off, the biggest problem I had with them since day one is lack of communication…read more Communication between their employees and myself. I would always have to call the office and their cell number more than once before I would get a response. Sometimes I would have to try again the next day. Finally once I had an appointment set they would call that morning to see if they could come early or not show up at all with no phone call. I needed a third treatment and because I didnt call within their alloted 14 days I was going to be charged another $50. Then my final treatment was to be done within 14 days of the third treatment and would be free, well they cancelled on me that Mon. and rescheduled for Thurs. Come Thurs I waited an hour after they were supposed to arrive to call the office. The man told me his employees were still sick and he forgot to call me. When I expressed the inconvenience it is to cage up my animals and leave my kitchen in a disarray, he laughed! I believe they blew me off because this final treatment was free. My overall experience has led me to the conclusion that they're unprofessional and inconsiderate. I would not recommend them at all

I made a huge mistake in hiring Hill's Termite & Pest Control Company located at 96 Essex Rd…read more Cookeville, TN to spray for Bugs in my kitchen and pantry. I was informed that the Kitchen was where the bugs had their nests. I told them I also wanted the pantry sprayed. They said I would need to empty these rooms and leave for around 4 hours so the spray could dry. After removing everything from my kitchen and pantry cabinets and shelves that took several hours, I had four rooms completely covered with boxes and bags. Thank goodness these rooms were covered and the carpets could not be sprayed as I discovered later they had sprayed my bedroom that left dark marks and bleach looking spots all over the carpet. This company sprayed my bedroom when I had hired them to only spray my kitchen and pantry. My bedroom carpet was in good shape with no marks or spots until after they sprayed. They made the statement their spray product does not have bleach in it. I have no idea what is included in their spray but something in the spray solution caused the bleach looking spots and marks to my carpet as the pictures show. They are making excuses and indicated that they are not going to do anything about this damage they did. A company that does not stand behind their products and workmen ship is not a good company,

When I called the Crossville Office or what I believed to be the office first they said I had no appointment than they said it was for 6/7/25. I never made a different appointment they just rescheduled me and never notified me. To top it off after they no showed they went ahead and put a 174.00 charge through to my card! In the last two days I talked to at least 6-7 people without anyone putting me through to a manager all I got was a run around. This is very bad business I notified my Charge but I should have to have dealt with any of this. Beware Loretta

We reached out to Advanced Termite & Pest Control in Crossville, TN. Since arriving here, they've been nothing but awesome & on top of the job on our pest control service. A couple weeks ago, our compressor bit the dust on our dinosaur of a dehumidifier in our crawlspace. Seeing that Advanced dealt with dehumidifiers & did encapsulations in crawlspaces, we reached out to them. The owner, David, personally came out to our residence, was very honest & genuine, walked us through everything and gave us a very reasonable estimate. We decided to go with them. David's on-site team (Dalton, Drew, John, Tom) and admin staff (Sandy, Matthew, Jocelyn-please forgive me if I spelled any names incorrectly) all did an outstanding job and got us back up & running again with a new dehumidifier & encapsulated crawlspace. We were very pleased with their work & dedication. David even took the time out of his busy schedule to come back out to our residence & see that the job was completed correctly. If you're ever in search of a company that does pest control and/or crawlspace dehumidifiers/encapsulation, PLEASE reach out to Advanced Termite & Pest Control in Crossville. You won't be disappointed.
