Flash forward 6 months and a very large rat made his way into our basement through our doggy door. We got him locked into an interior room and ended up calling Central TN back. Dean came by right away and was going to put down very large sticky traps. However, when he arrived he ended up going into the room and resolving our rat issue. He also walked around the exterior of the house and pointed out a few areas we should address with excursion mesh to keep out other rodents. Once again, Dean was amazing and resolved our issues. I definitely recommend Central TN Pest Control.

First off, the biggest problem I had with them since day one is lack of communication…read more Communication between their employees and myself. I would always have to call the office and their cell number more than once before I would get a response. Sometimes I would have to try again the next day. Finally once I had an appointment set they would call that morning to see if they could come early or not show up at all with no phone call. I needed a third treatment and because I didnt call within their alloted 14 days I was going to be charged another $50. Then my final treatment was to be done within 14 days of the third treatment and would be free, well they cancelled on me that Mon. and rescheduled for Thurs. Come Thurs I waited an hour after they were supposed to arrive to call the office. The man told me his employees were still sick and he forgot to call me. When I expressed the inconvenience it is to cage up my animals and leave my kitchen in a disarray, he laughed! I believe they blew me off because this final treatment was free. My overall experience has led me to the conclusion that they're unprofessional and inconsiderate. I would not recommend them at all

5/5 Stars - Incredible Wasp Removal in Baxter, TN…read more I can't say enough good things about Arrow Termite and Pest Solutions. Last week we discovered a serious wasp problem at our home in Baxter. There were several nests under our eaves and a huge one hidden in our shed that we had no idea was there. To make matters worse, my 5-year-old had just been stung twice, so I was pretty shaken when I called. When I called (931) 349-5695 Tuesday morning, Wes answered the phone himself. He could tell how upset I was and immediately reassured me they could help. He promised they would come out that same afternoon--and they absolutely delivered. Their technician showed up right at 2 PM in a clearly marked Arrow vehicle. What really stood out was how thorough and professional the entire visit was. During the inspection, they found three additional nests we had completely missed. The technician took the time to explain why the wasps were drawn to our property and what we could do to prevent this from happening again. Since we have kids and two dogs, I really appreciated that the treatment was safe for our family and pets. Every nest was removed safely, and they also treated around our home, deck, shed, and outbuildings to keep new wasps from coming back. He even sealed entry points near our attic vents where the wasps were getting inside--something I never would've thought about. It's been two weeks now, and we haven't seen a single wasp. My kids are finally able to play outside again without fear, and that peace of mind means everything.
