5/5 Stars - Incredible Wasp Removal in Baxter, TN…read more I can't say enough good things about Arrow Termite and Pest Solutions. Last week we discovered a serious wasp problem at our home in Baxter. There were several nests under our eaves and a huge one hidden in our shed that we had no idea was there. To make matters worse, my 5-year-old had just been stung twice, so I was pretty shaken when I called. When I called (931) 349-5695 Tuesday morning, Wes answered the phone himself. He could tell how upset I was and immediately reassured me they could help. He promised they would come out that same afternoon--and they absolutely delivered. Their technician showed up right at 2 PM in a clearly marked Arrow vehicle. What really stood out was how thorough and professional the entire visit was. During the inspection, they found three additional nests we had completely missed. The technician took the time to explain why the wasps were drawn to our property and what we could do to prevent this from happening again. Since we have kids and two dogs, I really appreciated that the treatment was safe for our family and pets. Every nest was removed safely, and they also treated around our home, deck, shed, and outbuildings to keep new wasps from coming back. He even sealed entry points near our attic vents where the wasps were getting inside--something I never would've thought about. It's been two weeks now, and we haven't seen a single wasp. My kids are finally able to play outside again without fear, and that peace of mind means everything.

At his own cost, he hired another contractor up front to get this job done in a timely manner. The job was to remove a boat from a vacant mountain property. He handled it very professionally. Safety was a big issue because the property was extremely difficult to reach due to the terrain of the road. He did everything within the quoted amount and within a week. He also removed railroad ties that weren't part of the original job but needed to be done We were extremely impressed and very happy . Thank you, Tito!

To do it, he needed to cut through and remove floorboards in the barn to access the water line to the freeze-proof hydrant, and cut a trench through gravel. He promised that when he left, I wouldn't be able to tell he'd even been here, and he was as good as his word. The job went smoothly and well, with Matt arriving promptly and bringing all the tools he might need for any issues he might encounter. He is very knowledgeable about drainage, water pressure, etc., and sure knows his stuff. I found him to be highly competent. The waterer wasn't cheap, but Matt uses only the highest quality materials for durability and longevity, so I didn't begrudge a penny. If you need an automatic horse waterer, an above-ground storm shelter, or ANY excavation/retaining wall work, you won't go wrong using Wolcott Outdoor Services. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
