This was never disclosed nor stated when I inquired about the costs when making the appointment nor during the exam. It is unusual and improper for a doctor's office to charge a separate $100 prescription fee on top of an office visit charge, especially if it was not disclosed upfront. A prescription is generally considered part of the treatment included in the cost of the office visit. I have asked for this charge to be reversed and to have Dr. Kovak return my call.

While trying to curl them she said she didn't like these pieces and asked if she can just CUT them off! She was frustrated I didn't have extensions. And I told her I was open to them if it was needed to achieve the look and if she couldn't do that without them to focus on either the updo part or just curl the bottom. Idk why, but she teased the bottom. It looked like a rats nest. I don't understand how she could leave it like that. How would that make me want to come back with my bridal party!? I saw the documentary as a means to "pay it forward" to all of the Radante team the for the unique and personalized care. I remember my first visit which was for critical tooth extraction, my habits were not healthy. With shame and fear of what the result of my neglect may be... now I can look at my smile each morning with pride (while flossing) for the rest of my life. If it was not for the humble honesty, persistence and transparency of the Radante team in restoring my oral health, I'd be looking in the mirror today ashamed. I still have bad habits to break, as well as good habits to make but the foundation set through the work will stand as a reminder for all my years to come.
