When I picked up the tractor, I noticed the quick coupler part to the deck wash out port was missing. I asked the mechanic "Tim" for a coupler. He walked over to my old deck, which I paid for with the tractor when I bought it at Minnesota Equipment in 2023, and took the coupler off and put it on my new deck. I requested a new coupler for my new deck from "Issac" in the service department. He refused and said I'd have to pay for the part if I wanted one even though it's part of the complete deck. It's like buying a new car with three wheels and then told to pay extra for the fourth wheel! Unbelievable.
