I then called the corporate office and spoke with Bailey, who told me this was not how their company treats clients and that she would look into it and call me back. She seemed to respond, but the next person I spoke to was Johnathan, who made the situation worse. On his first call, he insulted my intelligence by telling me my building had extermination services, even though I was trying to hire my own independent service. On his second call, he flat-out denied service entirely. Despite having an active pest issue, they refused to even come inspect the unit, give guidance, or attempt to help in any way.
