Have used Arrow for several years. Always impressed with the inspections and service. Would highly recommend!

I had surgery on my hand on December 27, 2023? and I was unable to move my hand for 6 weeks to pick up Christmas decorations. I asked to be waited a few extra weeks in January 2024 to recover and be able to move my hand to pick up my decorations. I did not think it would be considered canceling. I believed that my health was more important than an established policy with rules. In March, I received a message from the person who was coming to my house to give me the services that had a baby and could not come and I told her no problem I consider that his family was more important. Then on November 26 it was my turn for service and I had to travel on the 20th to Florida to celebrate Thanksgiving. Because I did not receive services on November again the manager cancelled the account without prior notice, without communicating with me, a letter or a call. I was waiting for the service this morning and I saw that they did not come. I text them and they told me that the account was closed because it had already been three times that I had not received services and there were three cancellations and their policy is very strict in complying with them. I see that as a lack of respect and consideration after having been a loyal customer who paid monthly for services.. Being a business person, I will never recommend them. I believe that people's lives are more important than a policy. I do not give money to someone who does not appreciate and value me as a loyal customer. I paid them for 9 months of the year 2024 and for three services that they did not give me and it was not a cancellation, it simply was not possible. Those days they closed the account. That shows that for them money is more important than the lives of other human beings. read more

We paid for contract renewal in May when bill was received by Arrow. we called last week ( October) because we had not had our yearly inspection or rebaiting of termite bait. Was told by receptionist that they can come out anytime throughout the year to honor their contract. Really! Then why bill us in May. she also stated that the termite bait was good for several years. Then again, why are we paying every year for bait that lasts several years. What a racket! We had the same problem last year but that delay of service was blamed on the lack of staff. Asked for the Manager to call me. Three days passed and never received a call from Manager. Called on third day and told receptionist to cancel my contract and that I would expect a quick refund. Unfortunately, she told me that a quick refund does not happen with their company. I have never worked with a company that has such an unprofessional Manager that does not return phone calls. They want to collect their annual contract fee but do not want to provide the service ! The only positive aspect of their business is the very nice and knowledgeable receptionist. read more

We recently purchased a home in Blairsville, and I found a receipt from the previous owner from Arrow. So I went ahead and called to set up an estimate. Daniel was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the pests in the area and how to control them. He answered every question I threw his way. Extremely impressed by the service. Highly recommend the termite and carpenter bee service. We are very happy with Arrow and have recommended them to our friends. read more

One star is too good! We bought a home that had been treated by Arrow for termites as a term of purchase. The seller paid for this coverage for a year. At the year mark we decided to combine our termite and pest control service so we called and cancelled. They didn't offer to combine the termite coverage with pest control as Allgood did. It took Artow forever to pick up their 'Sentricon' stakes. After numerous calls they finally removed them and our new service could install their termite treatment stakes. Allgood conducted an inspection before installation and found termites in a location that was NOT noted on the Arrow inspection at the time we closed on the home. From the damage it is obvious that their ''SENTRICON GUARANTEE/COVERAGE" was not protecting us during the time we were covered. Why did we have this coverage -PAID IN ADVANCE -and their useless green stakes all over our yard for a year? Termites were moving in during their 'Guarantee/Coverage.' A manager was suppose to call us but never did. Today we had to pay for the repairs to the termite infestation that occurred under the Blairsville Arrow watch before we beginning coverage with Allgood. There is zilch customer satisfaction with Arrow. They did not honor their guarantee. They did not protect us from termites. The seller paid for this service and now we are paying because they did not do their job, nor stand by their guarantee. Merry Christmas Arrow for being the best Scrooge company we have ever dealt with. If you chose Arrow for your termite protection, you are choosing to have repairs and pay more than you should. Extremely disappointing! We will be certain that our family and friends here about our experience. Their failure to provide us with the necessary $200 repair because they failed at their job will cost this much more in future business. read more

I have been an Arrow customer for at least 2 years now. I have had issues w/ pests and they went above and beyond to come out and treat what needed to be treated, promptly. The year I first started with Arrow, they tried to bill me every quarter after I paid for a year in advance. I brought it to the attention of the office personal and isn't never been a problem again. Friendly staff. read more

The technicians are prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, ask questions, and are careful both inside and outside of our home. The service reports are timely and informative. The office staff I have had contact with are helpful and courteous. And the service is reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend this company. read more
