This place is so great! Tucked away and easy to miss but so glad I found them. The staff was so friendly and helpful! I wanted to get my husband a nice stand with an engraving for his volleyball. I couldn't find anything online so I'm happy I came in! The lady who helped me initially was helping me problem solve and I absolutely love how it turned out. They engraved it quickly and for free too! My hubby loves it and it's proudly displayed on his office shelf now. (Pic below) 10/10 highly recommend! read more

The shop our family has always used was closed for vacation. Luckily I found Arrow Awards and told Lindsay what I needed for a funeral urn. She was wonderful and the plaque with the poem turned out perfect and was ready in time. Needless to say Arrow Awards is now our place to go for engravings and awards. read more

My fantasy draft was on September 3rd. I took my two fantasy football trophies to another shop on Monday morning , August 28, under the impression that writing two names could be done that week. When I showed up to pick them up on Friday, September 1, I was told that they weren't done and they expected to have them completed the following week. Not good. I hopped on the phone with Arrow Awards, and they were able to help me immediately. What would have taken Blue Ribbon awards over a week to do, Arrow Awards took care of in one afternoon. And the trophies turned out great! This business is all about customer service. Which is why this will be the only place I go for my trophy needs in the future. Thanks for everything, Bob and Wendy! read more

Arrow Awards is a great family run business and our high school softball team has used them for years. They are always friendly, fair priced and fast! This year after our initial order we called back to add on one more plaque and they cheerfully accepted the order. The day before the banquet we realized we needed 2 additional awards and when we called even with short notice they took care of us. All awards are always very professional looking and problem free. Arrow Awards will continue to be our go to! read more

Wendy is simply amazing!! I asked for trophies in 6 days and had them in half the time without breaking my budget. She even re-engraved one of the front pieces at pick-up at no additional cost. Family run for many years and that's how you're treated~ read more

Arrow just did a custom trophy for us. It was a positive experience from start to finish. To begin with, they may be the only trophy business in the entire state with business hours on the weekend, which is a huge help to working people like us. They were unfazed by our request to mount an unusual item as a trophy award, made thoughtful suggestions on how best to do it, and got the job done efficiently, communicating as needed. The price was also very reasonable. The trophy looks fantastic. Thanks!! read more
