Friday afternoon he contacts me requesting payment. it was late Friday afternoon and I was going to wait until Monday, after the weekend. He text and left voices messages of eight in total, trying to explain he should've received pay the day of or at the least the next day. Maybe that's normally ok but to harass and all these weird correspondence while I'm out with extended family was very disturbing and over a measly $150. This was intrusive, pushy, rude and of poor business ethics. I do not recommended this guy.

Him and his partner did an excellent job, working very efficiently to replace 5 fixtures within 1.5 hours. Josh was also very thoughtful when installing my corded pendant fixtures, making sure I was happy with the length and appearance of the cord, as I was having them swagged. I really appreciate that he was able to maintain the extra cord length for re-adjustment or reinstallation in the future. Overall, really pleased with the quality of work and the service! I will definitely reach out to him next time.

Stay away from this guy! I hired James to install some pool equipment for me, anyone that know…read moreanything about electrical knows you don't put 120v power into a pool otherwise you could electrocute or even kill someone, apparently a "licensed" electrician was unaware of this! He wired up the pool lights to 120v even though they were yellow 12v low voltage wires which you'd think would have been another clue, not to James it wasn't. So obviously he fried the lights and they needed to be repaired which he refused to do, I had to purchase all the new pool lights again myself which cost thousands of dollars. He did admit his mistake and told me he'd pay me back before ghosting me entirely. Clearly this guy doesn't know what he's doing and has no morals on top of that.

And this one was a pretty major project running two cables to install a pair of electric vehicle chargers. Had to run the cables half way across my house, cutting into the ceiling drywall in one room and in the garage. Overall they did a fantastic job. If I could give a lower star review I would. This contractor is one of the worst I have ever come…read moreacross in the electrical contracting business. I have built over 10 businesses and homes from the ground up and never have I come across a more incompetent person. Russel could not keep employees and the ones he did send were either severely compromised due to injuries or too hung over ( one fellow even admitted he was feeling sick from his night out at the pub) to work. One employee just walked off the job after screwing up one of the main lighting systems leaving wires dangling and holes in the wall. It took over a month for this issue to be resolved and held up our other contractors by 6 weeks. We are now left with flashing lights that cannot be turned off and keep us awake at all hours of the night. We now have an open case with the review board who is coming to inspect whether we are at risk . My advice find another contractor. It is not worth your aggravation
