However - she gave me a fantastic deal and I loved her car so I couldn't refuse. The driver was on time and the car was beautiful and impeccable. That's what they get one star for. But the driver really creeped me out. He dropped me off at our ceremony site and then went to pick up my (now) husband. After he dropped him off, he parked the car and then played shadow to our photographer - standing behind her and taking all kinds of pictures! He even came up and adjusted my dress and tried to carry my train for me; which I guess is nice but that is what my maid of honor, bridesmaids...anyone who KNOWS ME can do. The worst part was that after the ceremony, when my husband and I went to be alone, he was in the room trying to take photos of us! I had to ask to him to leave and give us some privacy. Overall, he wasn't rude or anything, just EXTREMELY intrusive. If you are desperate for a vintage car, Simply Elegant is OK but beware of weirdo drivers. I wonder if he was the same one John B. had... Also, I agree that the fact that they operate as if it was 1990 sucks.

When we received the contract thru the mail it said that the deposit amount was $90. We sent a post dated (only dated 4 days later, hey we need to get paid before we can send cash!) check for that amount and later received a crazy voicemail from a very irate woman who screamed "I do not accept post dated checks, how dare you send me a post dated check! I will no longer do business with you....." The message went on and on. So thanks, Simply Elegant Limo, for being douche-bags and congratulations on operating a business in 2008 that does not have an email address or a credit card machine.

Since there was a large group of us (about 25 I believe) we all met in Fashion Valley--nice centralized location. We were told we could bring munchies and cocktails for the ride down (drinking on our way to go drinking, sounds like a good idea, right?) so we all loaded up with red cups, bottles of champagne, and car-ride friendly munchies. The drive down was awesome, the limo bus was a smooth ride, the seats were comfortable, and did I mention there is a stripper pole? We hit up 3 wineries, were given clear directions on where to meet when it was time to go, and our driver Justin was extremely polite and accomodating. Since there isn't a bathroom on the bus (thank goodness actually, because those things get stinky) he stopped several times for passengers to use the facilities. Tips for first time limo bus passengers: Bring a cooler filled with your favorite cocktail and munchie, and load up your Ipod with party music. Justin had an awesome compilation, but it would have been fun to have our own with us. Next time for sure! The bus can handle up to about 30 people comfortably, and was a great way to go check out the Temecula Wineries without worrying about who had to stay sober. Disclaimer: This limo bus makes you want to fist-pump while dancing to Lady Gaga...I don't know why, or how, but just go with it. :)

Now usually Im not a guy that would normally do the whole downtown club hopping scene, especially in a party bus but when youre surrounded by fun people and you yourself are having a good time then the 5 star rating is certainly justified. We were bussed around, wherever we wanted to go. There was plenty of booze inside and the driver never bitched and moaned about anything. The sound system was pretty loud with booming bass and sounded very much like a small club. I liked the fact that he cleaned up after we stopped off so that when we got back onto the bus, it was back in order. Meaning no cups, napkins or trash everywhere. Not that we made a mess but it was a nice touch. I would definitely recommend these guys if you and your friends ever have the need for a mobile party bus. No risk of a DUI is incentive enough for me.

Sent deposit via Venmo, emailed contract for pick up, drop off terms and conditions. Confirmed time and date and how rest of agreed upon fee would be paid 2 weeks prior to event with Beny. 12:00 last Saturday comes around and no bus, no call. I called at number provided no answer, texted via cell and mesanger with no response. 12:45 call answered and I ask were our bus is, was told "what driver not there let me find out what is going on" I say ok please give us a call back asap. Long story short no call back no text no email. We had to scramble calling all over town to find a ride for the group to our event we had no time for pictures which will never be recreated. Needless to say we were very frustrated and told this guy we would put him on blast via text and mesanger. Fast forward to after 6 pm Saturday I get a text that our driver was in an accident and Beny's phones screen was broken and that he hopes Karma bites me in the ass for not being sympathetic to their situation and that they would return my deposit because they don't need the money. Beware of this business they are not professional in any matter. They had all my information and yet they did not try to contact me that there was an issue and then sending messages like that when we were done wrong is just not something that is acceptable for any company.

Checked our options to and from the ​airport, this company​ was recommended by our hotel and it was very reasonable and reputable. Our driver had contacted me as we were arriving/landing at the airport, we connected via texts and met him out front seconds after we walked out the doors. His car was impeccably clean and he was very friendly. We went directly to our hotel as we had an evening flight. He was a good safe driver. We booked​ the trip as a roundtrip so we also saved money. On our return trip,​ we were flying out again in the evening so our driver made sure we did not hit too much traffic​ and got us back safely and timely. We had plenty of time at the ​airport, which gave us a chance to relax after dealing with security at the airport. (always so much fun). Our return driver, again, was polite and a very good driver. Safe, friendly courteous and punctual, making our travel that much nicer, with the peace of mind we got to our destination - the airport with plenty of time to get to our gate and check-in​.
